"Bishop Hudson. How long should you stay here?" Baron Gabriel asked Hudson as they were sharing the dinner table once again.
It's been three days since the priest came and volunteered to check on his son, but he heard from Lucas that the priest had nothing more to do to heal or wake Ndulou up. Lucas honestly shared the details of Ndulou's coma and concluded that they wouldn't be needing a priest anymore. Which is why Gabriel wonders why Hudson is still not leaving their estate.
"Can I stay here until the young master wakes up?" Bishop Hudson inquired with his benign smile. In the past few days, the baron kept sending him out into the territory so that he ended up running out of ideas to stay longer at the estate.
"I assumed you were aware that the gods had sent a message indicating that my child would not awaken until the twenty-fourth full moon. I don't think you are needed here unless you're planning something else for my child."
