Chapter 61: First Trial

He was not disappointed. A group of adventurers are grouped up beside a tree. 

"Hello, adventurers. Can I trouble you and ask where the city is?" Z politely asked. 

"Go down this straight lane and soon you will find the city." The leader of the group said. 

Z thanked the man and went down the road he pointed. 'Fantastic, and here I thought I will get fooled.' he rejoiced in his head. It is a new experience for him to have someone tell him the truth. It is saddening. 

Before he could enter the gate, two guards dressed in armor fully covering their entire body intercepted him. "Toll." one of them said. 

Z went into contemplation. From what he knows, the city is one of the locations of the tower. He found it odd that people would need to pay to get in. Nevertheless, he chose to bend to avoid unnecessary trouble. He pulled out a Celestial Crystal that he got from one of the dungeons he raided and handed it to the guard.
