Second chance Ika

Smirking at the expression of awe on Ika's face, Mar placed his hand on the small button-like thing on the door, and it swung open.

The king and the queen were in the middle of a conversation when the door opened.

"He's here." Cyp was eager to see the baby.

Just a few hours away from the baby, and it felt to her like it has been ages since she last saw the baby.

"Act like a princess." The queen's voice was sharp and curt, as she narrowed her eyes at the princess.

Presently, the queen felt like strangling the princess to death, for not dying from the poison that was put in her fruits.

The shadow guard and the queen have been trying, unsuccessfully, to know how the princess was able to fight off the poison the renowned shadow guard put in her fruits.

It was unheard of, that the poison of the shadow guard was ineffective. Everyone knows how lethal and dangerous poison can be.
