The information wasn't located on the internet at all and was located inside a memory crystal that Grandma Thea could control at will. She's capable of controlling this crystal and transfer them to the enchanted scrolls.

"Please wait for a few minutes… I already asked someone to bring the two Rank-A Artifacts. You can join me here in the meantime… My tea might help you to clear your mind and relax for a bit… I can tell that you just came out of the Arcane World, right?" The old woman said as she gestured for Cyril to have a seat.

Cyril decided to accept her offer. Having a cup of tea with her might be a good idea. He's indeed a bit tired after that exploration.
