Chapter-66: Manipulating Chisaki!

After getting injured and totally beaten up, Kazuya, who now went by the name of Shuji, was rushed to the hospital and was admitted in the hospital ward so he could heal up, under proper care of pro doctors.

This 'training' happened every 2 or 3 weeks.

After drinking some protein shake and a nutrition bar, jam packed with essential nutrition needed for proper growth, Kazuya lied down on the bed and relaxed for a bit.

Within a few hours, Recovery girl came to visit him and healed him up.

This was a way Kazuya discovered after a few experimentations.

Recovery girl's quirk boosted bodily processes and hence used nutrition inside the body as well as some stamina in order to work.

That meant that if muscles were worked up a bit, having some wear and tear and her quirk was used on him after that, he'd gain muscle mass and instead growth of body would be promoted.

Because of exploiting this, Kazuya had already crossed Shoto's, Natsuo's and Fuyumi's height at an impressive 170 cm with a slim yet powerful build, really amazing for someone his age.

"You should not get so injured, Sonny. It's really harmful for someone your age." Recovery girl said as she gave him a candy.

Kazuya ate the candy as he said," My dream is to be the #1. I cannot fulfill it if I get discouraged by such insignificant injuries."

"Haah...You are really amazing or lucky because till now, there were no permanent damage to your body for some reason. Please don't think you are invincible, however. The higher they are the harder they fall." Recovery girl replied as she packed her doctor equipment and was about to go.

"If you do not enter the tiger's cave, you will not catch its cub." Kazuya said as he stretched himself a little.

Recovery girl didn't say anything and went out.

Kazuya got into a comfortable position and went sleep after that.

Except he didn't go to sleep.

He brought out his Otsutsuki body and came outside of his current body in a soul form and entered the Otsutsuki body.

After getting a bit more comfortable, Kazuya looked around as he moved a little.

He really missed his super HD vision.The sight felt really amazing.

His MHA body was still functioning but possessed no consciousness.

Kazuya quickly teleported outside as he quickly started sensing.

He wanted to do some sort of partnership with a few villains in this time so he could change the things and maybe start a World war for Shinju's development in near future. He also wanted to get quirk research material as well.

He could easily slaughter everyone but it would be far too tedious. So, he decided to strike up a couple of partnerships.

He already had a ton of information on Chisaki.

All he needed to do now was to confront him and put a convincing made up story in his mind and lead them to slave up for him.

Chisaki was one of the easiest targets because he suffered from a deadly disease that made others do work for you...

It was called being broke.

His ambition were far too grandiose for his pocket and current Yakuzas weren't really rich because of the heroes activities.

Corruption was there but most heroes preferred not get involved with these sort of groups that blatantly accept their identities as the corrupt.

He singled out Chisaki's location from all the information he got and directly teleported there.

As he came out of the portal, Chisaki, who was doing some experiment with 'help' of Eri was alerted and he instantly attacked him.

"Don't cross your limits, human." Kazuya said as he used Deva path to lift Chisaki in the air as he pushed him against the wall.

(Kazuya POV)

Chisaki was now squirming a lot and called out his rag tag bunch of criminals to take care of Kazuya but another gesture was more than enough for them to be neutralized quickly. None of them even got to use their quirks.

Some of them tried using their quirks but after some attempts, failed do any harm to me.

I also put Eri up against the wall, just to be safe.

"Now, are you willing to talk?" I said as I floated in the air as I ate some All-might chips.

As cringey was the name, the taste was amazing as well as spicy.

"I am a member of Otsutsuki clan. You don't deserve to learn my name and henceforth will refer me by the surname or whatever you like." I said as I ate some more chips.

"What is your purpose?" One of the side characters asked me.

"Shut up." I said as I directly crushed his mouth without hesitation.

He was in a lot of pain and screamed a lot but I didn't mind it at all. I used Deva path once again and made him shut up.

"Side characters don't talk. Kai Chisaki. Let's talk for a bit, shall we?" I said as I freed him up and offered him a seat.

"Don't attack me, though. It might cost you your everything." I said as I released some of my killing intent, making everyone's bone chill up from the sheer intensity.

"From now on, you will work for me. I granted you human quirks and I now want them back." I said as I floated around.

Everyone was extremely surprised at this.

How can someone 'grant' quirks? The very concept was unbelievable as well as absurd.

No one believed it and thought he was just lying to get whatever he wants to be done.

"You don't believe me, do you? Well, I suppose you humans are somewhat untrusting. I'll give you a little proof." I said as lifted everyone in the air and opened a portal.

I created created a couple of warm clothes for them as I threw it in the air and used fine control from Deva path to make everyone wear it.

"Let's go and have a little tour, shall we?" I said as I entered the portal and instantly, a really snowy area was revealed.

This was Antarctica, near the pole area.

Nearly no one lived here. Well, a few scientist and the like did, but I killed them.

I brought out the beer bottle which had Juubi inside it and opened it up as I pointed to the ground as I took up a little altitude along with Chisaki and others.

Juubi instantly came outside, screaming and toiling around as it destroyed ice surrounding him.

A cute little pet of mass destruction.

"You see, this little pet of mine is the one that grants quirks. He accidentally entered your world and gave a few monkeys quirk DNA. Slowly, that DNA started getting stronger and stronger as the monkeys evolved to become humans and powers manifested in your world. You don't need to know anymore than that." I said as I resealed the Juubi inside the beer bottle again, threw it back in the space inventory and teleported back to Chisaki's hideout.

Everyone was surprised to see Juubi.

No one thought that something like that could exist. Their stomachs turned and they got real uncomfortable from the scene of Juubi. They felt overwhelmed and numb.

It was too much for to deal with.

"Now. I'll be providing you resources and in turn, you will turn up the drug trades or do whatever a Yakuza does in this land. Make sure to hurry up. First, do this, then I will give more complicated orders." I said as I dropped everyone on the ground and floated Eri back to her seat.

That little girl's quirk is far too valuable and I don't want her to die or be captured by UA. It would hinder my plans in case the information on her quirk got released.

With a snap of my fingers, I used my chakra and used Creation of all things to make a some ingots of gold, platinum and silver.

"I think these shiny metals are the ones you humans like to use. If you need any more, tell me now. I will come back later to check your progress. Also, for a reward, tell me what do you want, Kai Chisaki. Wish for whatever you want." I said as I floated around the air, eating another another All-might chips.

It was a power move to make him think of me as some sort of divine existence that is nearly omnipotent.

All the others got lost their heads. They never saw so much riches in one room.

Kai Chisaki, however, was now thinking. He wanted to know the extent of this god's power as well as get something valuable for himself.

"Can you...Can you...Revive the dead?" Kai Chisaki asked as he thought of the most ridiculous he could think of.

"Why yes I can. Death is merely a state, after all. Who do you want me to revive?" I asked as I finished the packet of chips.

Everyone's brains went haywire after they heard I could revive the dead.

"I'd like you to...Keep that reward for later. I will think of something carefully and take it later." Kai said in a neutral tone as he tried hiding his shock.

This instantly gave away the amount of power Otsutsuki had and he didn't want to botch the deal.

"I will see you in three years. Do not disappoint me." I said as I left.

I already used a strong genjutsu on a few of the side characters and kept them as a loyal slave moles who'd keep a check on Kai.

With this, my deal ended and now hopefully, the black market activities will accelerate and quirk erasing will happen way faster. A few heroes will lose their powers and a more harsh approach will be needed to counter Kai, driving him into a corner and taking away attention on others' activities, boosting morale of all the criminals, pulling out Shiragaki and AFO out of their little ratholes.

I went back to the hospital, where my current body was and exited the Otsutsuki body as I entered my own body right now.

I stretched a little as I kept the Otsutsuki body inside the Space inventory again.

Now we wait...
