Chapter Eighty

Fawn, Link and I are forced to rest up for an entire day before any of us is ready to use our powers again. Link was merely injured and hasn't experienced any of the meta hangover that plagues Fawn and I.

But Fawn is quick to recover, within hours of receiving the scolding from Frasier, Fawn once again begins to control and create fire. She torments me with it a bit, an annoying little person she is.

I worried for mine, it takes a lot longer to make a comeback but Fawn says it would and when it did inevitably return she tells me, "See? I told you. People have been trying to get rid and give meta-human powers since the first meta, but no one's cracked it yet."
