The global broadcast system had crashed.
The entire world was not able to watch Shawn's every move.
The air in the room of the upper echelons of the Indian spaceship was charged and tense. This caused the entire Indian spaceship to turn gloomy.
"Mr. Hardeep, is this the result you had hoped for?" Timor asked in a deep voice.
"Hold on, Mr. Timor, I will investigate and see if I can find out what's going on online."
As Hardeep tried to investigate, his face turned pale as a ghost. All of India's social media accounts had been banned from the spaceship's global network.
The last official notification.
"You have been fined 50 billion US dollars in damages. You have 10 minutes to comply. If you do not comply, the price of said fine will be increased."
All of their social media accounts have been blocked. Their commercial systems have been disabled as well.
Cold sweat dripped from Hardeep's forehead. He had not anticipated that things would end up like this.
Hardeep's entire body trembled as he. "Prime Minister Timor, we should pay the fine."
Timor was silent. Suddenly, Timor stood up and slapped Hardeep across the face. "What about the traffic you mentioned?!"
"You said it wouldn't matter."
As Timor sounded off, he felt like his lungs were about to explode from anger. In a flash of rage, he started to kick Hardeep.
Prime Minister Timor isn't as young as he used to be. He is already in his seventies. After kicking Hardeep a few times, Timor ran out of steam.
He turned around to find his staff staring at him in shock. "Are you all just gonna stare? Come over here and help me kick him. Just make sure he doesn't die."
Thus, a group of Indian government officials and members of parliament gathered around and started kicking Hardeep.
Hardeep squealed like a pig in a slaughterhouse.
"Phew, I had so much fun singing. It's a shame that there was no audience.", Shawn said in a low voice. He was tired from singing
This was a much-needed break.
Shawn left the KTV and went to the supermarket to grab some supplies.
The next step was going to be huge. He could not afford to idle around. Shawn was aware of the rough road ahead.
"I want to see the Ball Owner."
"Damn that Ah San?"
"He should be cut into a thousand pieces!"
"We shouldn't buy anything from India."
"Because of one comment, all of their accounts have been banned. I think it's a bit extreme but I think they had gone overboard."
Meanwhile, inside the various countries' command ships, things were extremely busy.
Now that Shawn's live broadcast was gone, they could not watch Shawn's every move.
More importantly, this was a huge loss in terms of business.
On the American command ship, General Newt said with a dark face, "Unite with the other countries and have India compensate for the losses."
"Punish them severely, they've been given too much slack."
"Didn't they know that their actions would crash the system? The rescue mission will have a higher success rate if we know everything about Mr. Shawn."
"50 billion dollars is too little. Calculate how much money India has earned off of Mr. Shawn's live broadcast. Make a big demand and squeeze everything out of them."
India had always been America's underling.
They would occasionally take the side of this underling.
This time, this underling had caused a huge mess. Indian had been careless with their words and caused the live broadcast system to crash.
How much would India lose?
Newt said, "I want India to sink. What a lowly race."
Newt reached out his hand.
His secretary was stunned and did not understand.
"Cigar, cigar… You fool!" Newt shouted.
The secretary trembled and fetched a long cigar, putting it in between Newt's lips.
Rescuing Shawn was imminent, everything was already in motion.
Netizens around the world were boiling with rage because of Ah San's malicious words. Even the live broadcast system had collapsed.
"How's the rescue operation coming along?"
Taking a deep drag of his cigar, Newt felt dizzy.
"General, everything is proceeding as planned."
"We have to send a signal to Mr. Shawn before the rescue. Tell him that we are preparing to rescue him."
"The news of Mr. Shawn's true talents have been leaked. It's not just the US that's interested anymore."
"Would they dare?" asked the secretary in disbelief.
"Would they?" replied Newt, looking at the secretary's delicate face. "You have a beautiful face but can you should use your head sometimes."
"Look at what Mr. Shawn just did, and what he has already accomplished. How do you know that other countries aren't building their own rescue ships?"
This was the truth.
Shawn's abilities were enough to put many countries at risk.
"Mr. Ron, is there a way to contact Mr. Shawn now?"
Ron frowned and said, "Actually, there is."
"There is?" Newt stood up and said, "How?"
Ron said, "By using a satellite."
"Satellite?"
"Professor Ron, I think you should know that our information travels only one way. The video of Shawn can be transmitted to us through a satellite but we can only send information to the other satellites in space, not to Earth."
"Know this, how can we send the message to Mr. Shawn?"
Ron smiled and said, "General, what if we make the satellite crash in front of him?"
"We just need to send a message to the satellite in advance and then crash the satellite in front of Mr. Shawn. As long as he sees it, he will know of our existence."
Newt took another deep puff of his cigar and started hacking.
Cigar smoke shouldn't be inhaled into the lungs. If it entered the lungs, it would be no different from courting death.
Newt coughed for a while and said, "Since we left Earth, its resources now belong to all of humanity. They are no longer owned by any individual or country."
"Under such circumstances, will the alliance agree to this plan?"
"Look at me!"
Ron said with a smile.
Only he, the backbone of the American scientific community, could speak so casually to the head general of the American military.
Newt laughed and said, "Look at you? You're not as handsome as me."
"I didn't ask you to evaluate my looks. What if something unpredictable were to suddenly happen to the satellite?"
"For example, the magnetic field would be disturbed due to the incoming solar storm? This should make sense."
"If we do that, we would tell the public that the satellite has malfunctioned and is going to crash."
"Moreover, we have the geographical advantage. If the satellite crashed on our former motherland, no one would be none the wiser, right?"
"But..."
"Aren't you the person in charge of the satellite design for the United States? Other countries will think their satellites are superior. This will damage your reputation," Newt said.
Ron smiled and said, "My achievements and accolades are dust compared to Mr. Shawn. What's the value of all my little achievements?"
"If I can help my country secure such a talent, that will be a blessing for the United States."
"But..."
"There are no buts," Ron said enthusiastically. "Time is precious. To take the other countries by surprise, we have to hurry and act now. What we have to do now is to contact the Alliance and say that there's a flaw in the construction of my satellite."
"With my reputation, no one will know how to react."
General Newt had tears in his eyes. "No wonder America is so strong. It's because of dedicated scientists like you."
Newt looked at the others and said, "You all, learn, look at Mr. Ron. Look at how great he is."
Inside the command ship, everyone applauded.
"Ron, you have to calculate the parameters of the satellite crash," Newt said. "Otherwise, if a satellite falls on Mr. Shawn and kills him, the joke will be on you."
