We must go on

I looked around everywhere in the room, but Fang had truly left without saying anything. After a long thought and inquiry with Hailey, I finally gave up on that matter. The receptionist had mentioned that he had left before the break of dawn before settling all the accounts in advance until tonight. 

Me, Hailey, and Bane sat in the main room of the suite while having breakfast. 

My mind was deep in thoughts while Bane flipped through the newsletter. Hailey was taking her anger out on the bread and omelet before she slammed her hands in a fist on the table, still holding in the knife and fork. "What was he even thinking to leave like that?" Hailey gritted her teeth, "he did not even mention where the Cermesi clan was and simply left. I have a wedding to plan and that bastard won't even pick up that call." 

I looked at Hailey with tired eyes before clicking my tongue and picking up my plate and leaving to the room I had shared with him yesterday.
