Now that Crown Prince Kal announced his marriage to Ariel. They started preparing for the wedding. Since it's the Crown Prince Marriage the scale was extreme. The netizens were happy and pleased with the news, they couldn't wait till they could see the Crown Princess. Some nobles were happy with the news, some were jealous, some were against the marriage because of Ariel's background.

The invitation was sent to Bisi family residents in the city. Alix, Marquis Rane, and Marchioness Lidia were having their dinner when the butler handed the wedding invitations. Marquis Rane and Marchioness Lidia weren't surprised about the news because they knew. However, they were surprised at the speed of the news and the wedding preparation, and they were worried about Ariel's health condition.

While Alix. Once he saw the invitation, he raged. He couldn't believe that Ariel was getting married while it hasn't passed 2~3 months since Alin's death. Alix slammed the table angrily and clenched the invitation.

Marquis Rane and his wife Lidia expected that Alix would sneer at the news and throw the invitation. However, none of them expected that he would get this furious.

▶Alix: "It hasn't passed 2 months yet, and she is grasping another man. That seamless b**ch. See! I told you that she is that kind of girl." Both Marquis Rane and his wife Lidia wanted to calm Alix down but they didn't know what to do. They know that whatever and no matter what they would say he will not listen. However, Lidia wanted to talk.

▶Alix: "Ariel?! Since when you are close with that b**ch?!"

Alix turned to Marquis Rane. Marquis Rane felt Alix's stares and put down his spoon. Alix asked Marquis what is going on.

▶MR: "Man~ if you have this kind of sense please use it on Lady Ariel and know her true self. I'm going I'm busy lately." Marquis Rane rushed outside leaving Alix alone.

Usually, it takes a month or more to finish the marriage preparation. Because the crown princess-to-be has to learn about the castle and the royal family etiquette. However, Ariel knew all that and was trained and taught by Mrs. pax. At first, Ariel was complaining that she doesn't need it because she won't marry a prince but Mrs.Pax just forced Ariel to learn it just in case. The crown prince wanted to get married to Ariel as soon as possible before she changes her mind or something happens. The Emperor and the Empress didn't like that Prince Kal chose Ariel and not a foreign princess or someone from a noble powerful family. The Emperor and Empress called out Prince Kal in private to talk.

▶Emperor: "Kal I understand that you are in love and all, and I understand that Lady Ariel is a beautiful lady I understand you. However, lady Ariel's family can't help you with anything, they can not back you up or take out the Bisi family."

▶Empress: "That's right. You are the crown prince and the next Emperor, you should look for what will happen in the future and do things for the sake of the royal family and the empire."

▶PK: "... I don't think that is important as long as the netizens love her and besides mother was a commoner and now she is the Empress I don't think there has been any problem. Mother can teach Ariel in the future if you want, she is a smart Lady. Now please excuse me. I have lots of things to do." Prince Kal bowed and stepped outside. The Empress was in a rage she clenched her teeth and blamed Ariel for Prince Kal's improper behavior.

The Empress turned to the Emperor.

▶Emperor: "What?! Why are you looking at me?! It's not my fault!"

▶Empress: "Not your fault?! Whose son he is?! I don't know why he takes over you so much! "

▶Emperor: "Because he is our son"

The Empress took the pillow next to her and threw it on the Emperor.

Ariel's wedding to the crown prince reached Ariel's family. The triplets knew about the news because Ariel has sent them a letter.

Carney was so angry and furious. Once she heard of the news she went to her room, threw herself on the bed and her face in the pillow, and screamed.

▶Carney: "ARIELLE!!!"

The baron and baroness couldn't understand how did things turn out like that. They couldn't go back to the empire afraid to get in trouble with Duke Alix. Therefore, they sent a letter to Ariel to figure things out and help them to return to the empire.

Marquis Rane and Alix came to the palace to introduce Marquis Rane as the new General. As Marquis Rane was busy introducing himself Alix spotted Ariel. He quickly walked towards Ariel, grasped her hand and pulled her to a room with no one, and blocked her way with his arms on the wall.

▶Ariel: "Duke Alix! What are you doing?!"

▶Alix: "What am I doing?! I should be the one asking you. What the hell are you doing?! You just can't sit still without a man, huh!!"

Looked at Ariel furiously and coldly.

Ariel stared at him.

▶Ariel: "... If that's what Duke Alix thinks then be it, I just can't change Duke Alix's mind of me if that's what Duke Alix has set his mind on." Said calmly. Alix laughed and sneered at Ariel then glared at her with a smirk.

▶Alix: "You finally admit it"

▶Ariel: "Now please move away, I have things to do." Ariel moved Alix's arms and walked past him. However, Alix suddenly grasped Ariel's Arm and pulled her strongly towards him that their face was so close and their lips touched each other slightly. Ariel and Alix were surprised that they were stunned for a moment. Alix looked at Ariel's eyes. It was the first time he was this close to any woman. Alix was impressed by Ariel's eyes color for a moment. Then when they came to their own right mind, they both got away from each other. Alix and Ariel's faces were so red.

▶Ariel: "If you have nothing to say then I'll go."

Alix forgot what he wanted to say, so he let Ariel go. When Ariel stepped outside the room, Alix touched his lips. Though it was a slight touch, Ariel's warm lips touch didn't leave his lips.
