Suspect the perpetrator

It was nine o'clock in the morning, Raymond and Kareen had just arrived at the office. They were immediately greeted by Monica who was standing at the door of Kareen's room with her arms crossed and staring at them.

"Kareen, have you forgotten what your job is here?" asked Monica curtly.

"Yes, I know. sorry for being late and didn't tell you that I was leaving late," Kareen replied sadly.

"Yes, you do realize your mistake. And now I failed a meeting with a client because the file is on you! This is an important client and we had an appointment for a meeting very early in the morning, but you are running away!"Monica was getting more and more annoyed.
