Once in a while, in those areas, there would be occasional conflicts that would end with a few deaths but nothing grand or significant to the point of a war breaking out of control.
Since it was beneficial to him to have the four kingdoms afraid of the Empire and this state giving him time, King Stuart was pleased with the situation in that region.
