The old man with 7th Tier Mage power is the new auctioneer of the Flaest Auction House.

From the information that I have obtained from an information broker, the Flaest Auction House used to have a lot of female auctioneers but it was later changed to that old man.

The cause for that was the young masters of influential families who coveted the beauty of the female auctioneers and they would often cause trouble to the Flaest Auction House.

For that reason, the Flaest Auction House's auctioneer was now an old man.

Although I don't know what happened to the previous female auctioneers I can already guess what happened.

Either they were sold to the young masters as a mistress or they remained as a staff of the Flaest Auction House. According to the Flaest Auction House's intentions, the former should be much more plausible.
