" Martin, change the incense burner." The lady instructed one of the pavilion servants.
" Yes Madam."
" Tell Dora to serve us some Early dew tea."
"Yes Madam."
The servant was in daze for a moment beforel he replied and left the room.
" Please have a seat."the lady said with a smile.
A young girl came in carrying a tray with a teapot and two cups. She placed the tray on the table and served the tea which spread an aroma throughout the room.
"Nice tea."Hedrick complimented.
" Back to business. What beast cores have you come to exchange."the lady asked curiously.
Hedrick pulled out the leather bag and handed it to the lady as he continued to enjoy his tea.
Beast cores were divided into three levels and each level was further sub divided into three levels. The beast cores were in three levels name low tire beast cores, medium tire beast cores and high tire beast cores. Each level was further sub divided into first class, second class and third class. The cores were of mainly three colors Red , Orange and green. The low tire core were green, medium tire cores were orange and high tire cores were Red. The third class in each tire was of the lowest grade while the first class was of the highest grade. The darker the color of the cores the higher the grade and the lighter the color of the cores the lower the grade.
Upon opening the bag of the cores more than two hundred were dark green, and around one hundred were dark orange and around twenty were light red with sparkles. The lady's scarlet lips lit into a smile while the girl aside her Dora had her mouth open wide.
" Damn what a wealthy guy." Was the lady's first exclamation.
" Would you like to exchange it for points, cultivation techniques, martial arts techniques or weapons."
" Points and a bow and arrows and two daggers."
"The low tire cores are sold are exchanged for fifty points each core, medium tire for a hundred to a hundred and fifty each core and three hundred points for third class high tire cores."
" Okay, you'll have two thousand points plus a sixth class bow and arrows and free daggers."
" Deal."
" Here is our VIP card if you go to any of our pavilion branches. It will give you a twenty percent discount on whatever you buy."the lady said with a smile as she handed over a golden card to Hedrick.
" My name is Dina. How do I address you?"
" Hedrick."
" Nice name. Please wait here. Dora will bring you your points and weapons."
Hedrick nodded and continued pouring the tea. down his throat.
" Mom, what was all that about?" Dora asked the lady curiously upon arriving outside the room.
" What age do you think he is?"
" About 16 or 17 I guess."
" Can you kill beasts of those tires yourself?"
" No, but how sure are you he is the one who hunted down the beasts?"
" The badge on his clothes shows he is a student of Mentrol School. Which student of Mentrol has helpers? Second, even if he did have helpers, which family except the big seven could afford such helpers or such upbringing."
" Oh I see."
" I guess I have found a school to send you finally."
" Mom! Don't tell me because of that boy."
" Correct! Clever girl."
" Mom but Skyfall Academy is many times better than that damn school Mentrol."
" I know but I have a feeling that all that is about to change."
" All because of that boy?"
" Maybe maybe not."
" How about this. You will spent a year at Mentrol, if you don't like it at that time, I'll take you to Skyfall and also give you a fifth grade weapon."
Dora thought about it for a second and finally agreed.
" Hurry up and send him his points and weapons."
" Okay, Mom."
A few moments later, Dora walked in with a small machine and a box. She extended the machine and two thousand points were added to his wrist watch. He opened the box and took out two daggers with dragon like patterns on them and placed them aside his waist. He the picked the bow, pulled the string and nodded slightly and placed the arrow pack behind his back and moved out.
He entered the forest and headed for the mountainous region ahead of him. Dora looked the his back view with a complicated expression.
" What's so special about you?"she muttered to herself and then smiled slightly.
*********
" Why does this village look very creepy?" asked Lynd.
" Don't tell me you are scared?"teased Nicholas.
" A little." replied Lynd in a serious tone.
" Oh that's..." asked Lynd pointing the building before them.
" Blaze of Mist."
" What is that even supposed to mean?" asked Nicholas.
" I guess we have to be more careful from now on." warned Aisha.
" What do you think happened here?"asked Lynd.
" From the moment we entered. Not a single soul could be spotted around."
" Look at the door pots and windows. They all seem to be covered in spider webs and dust."
" Do you guys believe in ghosts?" asked Lynd nervously.
" Ghost don't exist. Even if they existed, I'd kill them for the second time."
" Wow! that's seems to be a heroic spirit I guess "
Upon hearing the comment, Nicholas raised his chest high.
" Let's go in." suggested Aisha.
" Okay let's go."
They all agreed and pushed the doors opened and were welcomed by bats and cats.
" Aaaaaa..."shouted Lynd.
" Come on don't be so scared. it's just bats."
