It's already evening. Kakashi and Tazuna were on their way back home. On their way, they can see how poor the Land of waves is. There was at least one homeless person on every street. The bridge was the only hope for this village.

Q1: Why Hina has only limited chakra when she is from the famous Uzumaki clan?
As an author, I decided to limit Hina's chakra so that she won't be an overpowered character. It also keeps the story engaging.
