encounter with rock shinobi ..

the land of tea was bordering with the fire country so it was not far from hidden leaf village but still it would take 3 days to reach there with jonin speed . jiraya had another mission to gather information so we took a lot of time in our journey .

there were many towns on the way . some were commercial towns where I found my books ADULT CHRONICLES , KINGDOM etc being sold in every book shop . this was simply easiest way to earn money in this world because the literature was not profound like on earth and I had read too many books in my past life . so i choose some good and easy to understand books and basically sold them in the market with my pen name CROW .

even jiraya had many copies of my adult genre books with him and i teased him when he read the books in secret when we were busy training. still only hokage and uncle sakumo knew about me being the author CROW as i only wanted from books not fame.

we encountered nothing serious in 6 towns until I found much troublesome issue in the 7 th town which was only a day distance away from land of tea . with my observe function activated and my passive sensor range which was currently 120 meters , it was too easy to find enemies or simply suspicious people.

" sam how many shinobi are there in total ? are all rock shinobi or some others too ? "

while 4 of us were relaxing while eating some dango, I faked relax expression while confirming enemy information with sam .

" ren , there are total 16 rock shinobi in this small town . your decision to use chakra sense to cover the whole town was correct . "

I was speechless after reading his status . the strongest guy was just your average veteran jonin . the force was too weak to do anything significant in enemy territory. so my mind could only come to one possible conclusion that this must be only one of many forces of enemy village . simply because the enemy village would have many back forces in case of some got discovered by patrolling konoha nin . still from this 16 man force , I could easily conclude that other forces may be same level or more powerful . so the situation was not good .

" big brother , I want to drink the best tea in this restaurant because I'm tired of this long journey! " I just randomly said this to jiraya while using hand signs to communicate with him about the actual information I wanted to pass . I really enjoyed this because I was feeling like a spy from movies on earth .

hand signs - there are many enemy nin hiding in disguise in this town. from my sensor range , I could spot 16 . one is jonin class and possibly all are from rock village .

jiraya hand signs - are you sure about the numbers ? I trust you but how the heck did you cover the whole town and saw through their disguises ?
