The scent of blood lingered in the air, the more time passed, the more pungent the stench became, and even Luo Xiao within his arms was frowning and woke up.

He was about to say something when Jiang Yao placed a finger on his lips. He shook his head, and Luo Xiao understood that something was wrong.

The overwhelming scent of blood was assaulting his senses, and he became alert. He woke up in an instant; his body was taut.

Jiang Yao smiled at Luo Xiao, and with a move of his body, he floated off the bed towards the door. Luo Xiao dared not move out of fear of interrupting Jiang Yao's plans, so all he could do was stay in bed and observe what was happening around him.
