Chapter 13

Im at the malfoy manor now i write to narcissa she said i can visit since its been a week since summer started i know that this year is the chamber of secrets i need to find dobby. 

"Hey narcissa where's draco?" I asked her walking out of the fire place.

"Oh dear you're already here" she walks up to me and hugged me i hugged back. "Draco is at his room upstairs first door at the right" she told me.

"Thank you" i said and walk upstairs.

I knocked on the door. "Come in" i heard his voice which is now very big i gues puberty hits hard on him.I opened the door and saw him he looks handsome now.

"Oh lia I didn't know you would come" he said and stands up from his sit.

"Yea I didn't either im just bored at the manor and I don't know what else to do there" i said and laughed.

"i feel you im bored here now im just talking to my elf the past days" he said. "Hey wanna take a walk at the back yard?" He asked.

"Sure" i told him "anddd i wanna meet this elf of yours" i said.

"Alright then lets go" he said and holds my hand and we walk down the stairs i saw narcissa looked at us in awe but read the newspaper again draco and i are walking to the back yard and stopped at a picnic set up on their backyard im guessing they're staying here on their free time?

"I'll go get something to eat I'll be back" he said "dobby!" Then dobby appeared.

"Yes draco?" Says dobby.

"This is kaitlyn simmons, watch her while i get something to eat"draco said and let go of my hands and walks away while dobby nodded.

"Hi Ms.Simmons" dobby said.

"Well hello there dobby" I approached him. "Here's the thing you know harry potter right?"

"Oh yes what about him?" Dobby asked.

"I want you to stop him from going to hogwarts there will be a big danger there here's a money for you just stop harry" i told him.

He just nodded and takes the money i have.

"Leave once draco is already here dont tell anything about this" i told him.

I saw draco going back i found my self smiling.

"So you already met my elf is he nice to you?" He asked.

I looked at dobby "oh yes he is" i said.

"I'll leave you two alone enjoy your picnic date" dobby said then disappeared.

I blushed at what dobby said i saw draco blushed too.

"Anyway what did you bring?" I asked him.

"My mom made us a lemonade and a sandwich" he said and sits beside me.

"sounds yummy" i said.

"Yup here" he gave me a sandwich.

"This is delicious" i said after taking a bite.

We both ate then the sun is setting down we both watched it i put my head on his shoulder when the sun is set we both went inside.

Just in time when Lucius came in from the front door.

"Draco, lyn good evening how's you two's date?" He asked.

"Oh its not a date" i told him. "I just got bored at the manor so I decided to stay here for a while"

"Ohhh my bad you should stay for dinner" he said.

"Oh no thank you my grandma is waiting for me at the manor she expect me to be there before dinner"i told him.

"Well tell her i said hi" Lucius said and went to the master bedroom.

I nodded and said good bye to narcissa draco went with me at the fire place.

"Goodbye draco" i looked at him and smiles.

"Bye lia" he said and kissed my forehead.

I grab a floo powder then smiled at him the disappear.

 All through summer all i did is read at the library and have talks with grandma. We didn't do anything although we go shopping sometimes in the muggle world and go to diagon alley. on my birthday my grandma and i just went out of the country in our manor at italy then go shopping then went back at the manor in london when we got here the presents are already getting carried to my room my the house elf my godfather got me a book about charms, my other friends gave me a bunch of candies and clothes then I opened draco's gift its a pendant and a note.

Dear lia, 

I know its a pendant but you can put it in the bracelet i gave you on Christmas i hope you love it. Happy birthday.

That make sense i put the pendant in the bracelet now it looks like a charm bracelet i love it. Draco  sometimes write to me but never visited the manor, we are eating lunch right now in the Simmons manor when my owl arrived with a letter on her, btw i named her agatha.

"Oh its the hogwarts letter!" I said to my grandma.

"What does it say?" She said taking a bite on her steak.

Its a bit expensive how are we gonna get the money?" I asked her.

"Oh honey we're a Simmons and a pure blood you'd be set for life" she said and laugh.

I just rolled my eyes and smiled.

"We're going to diagon alley after eating lunch so once you're done eating change your clothes and get ready" she said.

I nodded and continue eating, after im done eating i told my grandma im going to get ready. I put some clothes on i looked at my self in the mirror my body got curves since puberty hits. I went out of my room and headed downstairs i saw my grandma waiting for me at the fire place.

"Im ready" i walk to her.

"Great! Go get your floo powder" she told me.

I grabbed some floo poweder. "Diagon alley!" And throw the floo powder in the fire place

I waited for my grandma at diagon alley minutes later she appeared.

"Lets go get your books" she said.

I nodded and we walked to Flourish and Blotts Bookseller on our way there we saw Hermione she waved at us.

"Hey Kaitlyn madam amora" she said i looked at her with wide eyes how does she know my grandma.

"Hello Hermione did she tell you already?" My grandma asked and she nodded.

"Very well then" she smiled and wink.

"How do you know each other?"I asked them.

"Long story sweetheart we met at the platform on your first day in hogwarts then tell her everything since she's a muggle she'll understand" says my grandma

Im still confused but i just shrugged it off. My grandma and i went inside the book shop she told me to just wait near the entrance door.

"Lia!" I heard draco's voice im looking for him around then when i look up i saw him at the second floor of the book shop i walk towards him.

"You said you're gonna visit the manor?!" I said.

"Yea i know i know im just busy all summer" he reasoned out.

"Yea sure maybe you just didn't missed me" i said and smirked at him.

"No, no, no its not like that-" he panicked.

Its funny not gonna lie.

"Hey chilie its ok" i laughed.

"Chilie? As in spicy?" He asked. Shoot this isn't muggle world.

I laughed. "Never mind" i said.

I looked down and saw many people rushing at the counter i saw Gilderoy Lockhart. I just shrugged it off but looked again but now draco looked too when we heard him say "It can't be Harry Potter?" 

 "oh please" i said and rolled my eyes.

Draco just chuckled.

"that he would shortly be getting much, much more than my book, Magical Me . He and his schoolmates will, in fact, be getting the real magical me. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I have great pleasure and pride in announcing that this September, I will be taking up the post of Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry!" Says professor lockhart.

"Ugh there's no way we're having that lockhart over the top as a teacher" i said.

"Glad you don't like him like the other girls out there" i heard draco.

"Of course I don't like him look at him just ew" i told him.

Draco went to the get a book and ripped this one page, he saw harry and the weasly including Hermione walking to the front door probably waiting for their parents. He grabbed my hand and we both walk down the stairs.

"Bet you loved that, didn't you, Potter?" said draco."Famous Harry Potter," draco chuckled. "Can't even go into a bookshop without making the front page."draco continue.

"Leave him alone" said Ginny. 

"Oh look Potter, you've got yourself a girlfriend!" drawled Malfoy. Ginny went scarlet as Ron and Hermione fought their way over, both clutching stacks of Lockhart's books.

"I could say the same for you Malfoy" says harry looking at draco and i's hand. Draco just smirked not letting go of my hand.

"Oh, it's you," said Ron, looking at Malfoy as if he were something unpleasant on the sole of his shoe. "Bet you're surprised to see Harry here, eh?"

"Not as surprised as I am to see you in a shop, Weasley," retorted Malfoy. "I suppose your parents will go hungry for a month to pay for all those."

Ron went as red as Ginny. He dropped his books into the cauldron, too, and started toward Malfoy, but Harry and Hermione grabbed the back of his jacket.

"Ron!" said Mr. Weasley, struggling over with Fred and George. "What are you doing? It's too crowded in here, let's go outside."

"Well, well, well - Arthur Weasley."

It was Lucius. He stood with his hand on Draco's shoulder, sneering in just the same way.

"Lucius," said Mr. Weasley, nodding coldly.

"Busy time at the Ministry, I hear," said lucius. "All those raids... I hope they're paying you overtime?"

He reached into Ginny's cauldron and extracted, from amid the glossy Lockhart books, a very old, very battered copy of A Beginner's Guide to Transfiguration .

"Obviously not," Said lucius. "Dear me, what's the use of being a disgrace to the name of wizard if they don't even pay you well for it?"

Mr. Weasley flushed darker than either Ron or Ginny.

"We have a very different idea of what disgraces the name of wizard, Malfoy," he said.

"Clearly," said Lucius , his pale eyes straying to Mr. and Mrs. Granger, who were watching apprehensively. "The company you keep, Weasley... and I thought your family could sink no lower."

"Here, girl - take your book - it's the best your father can give you -" Said Lucius. 

My grandma then walk to us. "Oh hello Lucius" says my grandma and look at me then to my hand draco's still holding.

"Amora" Lucius smiled. 

"Kaitlyn and i better go now since she needs to pack her bag for tomorrow" my grandma said.

"Well then draco and i will escort you two" Lucius smiled.

My grandma smiled and nodded and walk outside.

"See you at the ministry weasly" says Lucius and walk out.

Draco walks to harry still holding my hand.

 "See you at school potter" he said and smirked.

I put my other hand on his chest to turn him around to the door and pushed him outside then I mouthed "im sorry" to harry and weaslys and left. I saw my grandma with Lucius waiting We walk to the nearest fire place.

"Amora may i invite you for dinner tonight since the kids are leaving again tomorrow?" I heard Lucius.

"Oh sure Lucius we'll be there tonight." My grandma said and smiled.

"Very well then" Lucius smiled.

My grandma grab a floo powder. "Simmons Manor" she said and disappear.

"Bye draco see you later" i said and let go of his hand.

"Bye" he said and kissed my forehead.

I grabbed some floo poweder and went to the fireplace "Simmons Manor"

I arrived at the house i saw my grandma put the books at the table.

"So you and draco huh?" She said.

"Oh grandma about that" i said washing my hands on the sink "its n-"

"Its okay im sure he'll never leave you besides he's a nice guy after all" she said cutting me off.

"No grandma we're nothing actually" i told her and walks to the living room.

"But he held your hand" she smiled.

I blushed. 

"See you like him" she said teasing me.

"No really" i said rolling my eyes.

"If you dont then why are you blushing?" She laughed.

"Well maybe i like him a bit" I blurted. "But he doesn't like me back so its better if i keep my feelings just to both of us"

"Oh sweetheart im pretty sure he likes you to he didn't even deny when harry notice him holding your hand and when harry says "draco got a girlfriend" too" she said reading a news paper now.

"It's whatever" i told her.

"It's already 5:30 time flies that fast we better get ready and go to the Malfoy Manor for dinner" she said.

I nodded and went upstairs to change my clothes i wear the bracelet with the pendant draco gave to me along with the necklace he gave. My grandma knocked on the door.

"Are you ready?" She asked.

"Yep lets go" i said and we both walk out of my room and went to the fire place again she went first she grab a floo powder.

"Malfoy Manor" she said.

I grab a floo powder "Malfoy Manor" 

I then appeared in the malfoy manor i saw my grandma talking at narcissa already.

"Boo!" I heard draco appeared on my side.

I jumped a little and he laugh.

"Think its funny do you?" I mocked him.

He gave me a death glare. "Im just kidding" i laughed.

"Shut up" he said and grabbed my hand.

We walk to the dining table he moved the chair beside my grandma so i can sit. What a gentleman, he then sit beside his mom in front of me.

"So how's your summer and birthday did you receive our gifts?" Lucius started the conversation.

"Yes i loved it thank you" i said and smiled at them "oh and the summer is just fine just travelled a little then stayed at the manor" i told them they just nodded. "What about you?"

"Well we just stayed at the manor when chloe and his parents are here to just  talk and hang out draco in the other hand wanted to go to your manor but that time you and your grandma are travelling" narcissa talked.

"Well explained milady" draco says looking at me he probably remember when i told him earlier he didn't visit the manor.

I just rolled my eyes and laughed. We continue to eat and the adults talk about something I don't know cause I didn't listen. Once we're done we're already going to leave cause we need to be early tomorrow we said our goodbyes.

"I had a great time tonight thank you" i said to Lucius and narcissa and hugged them.

"No problem sweetheart" narcissa said and hugged me back.

"Goodbye draco i had fun today see you tomorrow" i told him and hugged him.

"Bye lia" he hugged me back.

After saying goodbye we went back to the manor by the floo powder i told my grandma im gonna pack my things for tomorrow so i went to my room organized my books put it in the bag along with my clothes and other things.

"Lyn did you already told draco's house elf about harry?" I jumped and my grandma's voice.

"Yes i told dobby i dont know what happen next I haven't heard anything from dobby yet" i told her.

"Very well them go to sleep goodnight" she kissed my forehead and left the room.

I went to the bathroom to clean my body and put my pajamas on and went to bed.
