Peggy's P.O.V

'Hey Eve, I miss you so much, when can we meet?'

[We will meet soon, Darling but for now focus on Peggy. I have accepted her as my sister.]

I sighed and took my place again.

{Peggy POV}

I was checking some files while Elly was sleeping with her head on my lap on the couch. I got injured today. I was doing my work suddenly someone entered the house. Kyle was standing there looking me and Elly. He had a smile on his face.

He saw my injury and asked me about it. He hugged me listening to that I am injured. I don't know if he was just worried and did it unintentionally. I shrugged it of and didn't think more about this. Then I went to meet Steve.

He was in the camp with his friend. He was really happy meeting him. I was happy too. He met his friend and is now recognised as what he meant to do. All thanks to Kyle. Kyle is really a good friend.

I called Steve. He ignored it for the first time. I called him again, he reluctantly came to meet me.

Peggy: "How are you, Steve?"

He ignored my question.

Steve: "What are you doing here, Peggy?"

Peggy: "Nothing I just came to meet you."

He told me how his friends took him with them. I had no option but to believe him. He saw my injury and asked about it but I saw no emotion on his face. It was like he never cared about it. Seeing this I just left the place. I knew he has no interest talking to me. I was a bit sad. I went to see him and he didn't even care. Kyle was genuinely worried but Steve just shrugged it off as it was not his duty.

I went back to Kyle's house. I should have gone to my house but I went to Kyle's. I don't know why but I let my emotions drive me. He asked me why I was sad. I didn't want to tell him so I just changed the topic.

I knew he had no plans today as he just came back from the mission. He should be resting but he planned to go to a fair. Cal it 'Women's intuition' but I knew he did it for me to let this emotion slide my mind. He went do some of his remaining things and told us to get dressed.

I dressed myself in a red dress. He came back and got dressed himself. He looks handsome. I was blushing, I know I should control myself but its not in my controlled. I went to fair with Kyle. That was best night I enjoyed in my career as an Agent. I will never forget it.

We came back to house. I was waiting for Kyle to drop me to my house. He asked me to sleep here. I didn't refuse. I trust Kyle he won't do anything. I went to sleep.

After some time, I felt thirsty so I went to drink water. Kyle was not present on the couch so I searched for Kyle. I went upstairs, I saw him in the balcony. His hairs were moving around with the cool breeze. He was looking mesmerising under the stary sky. I went near him. He gave me seat. I sat near him. The stary sky and cool breeze was really soul touching. We sat in complete silent then I asked him about Steve is nature and other stuff.

He told me everything about Steve. He said that Steve is a perfect soldier. I think its true but what about him being a person. Will he always be a soldier? Following orders. Why can't he be like Kyle. He cares for others but more than that for his family. He also told about me, He said that I underestimate myself. Do I really underestimate myself? Have I really changed myself for Steve?

When I compare Kyle with Steve. I see a huge difference in persona, which Steve might never have. He thinks orders are absolute. I went back to my room. I am now confused with my decision of being with Steve. Though I haven't been dating him yet. Should I do that or not. I am having doubts. What should I do? What will Steve do?

{P.O.V End}

{Next Morning}

Steve was in the base with other officials. Steve was telling them the location of Hydra bases he saw during the mission. Colonel was happy with Steve's observation. I reached there with Peggy.

Kyle: "Good morning Colonel Phillips."

Col: "Oh a very good morning to you too Colonel"

Kyle: "So, what are you guys doing? You told me that you were going to show me something?"

Col: "Yes, come with me Colonel. Captain Rogers and Agent Carter, you come with us.

We reached a big map on the table with miniature factory like objects on it. They were showing the location of multiple hydra bases. He was incomplete though.

Kyle: "So, you pinpointed the location of remaining Hydra Bases"

Col: "Your observations are quite scary Colonel. With just one look you deduced it. All thanks to Captain Rogers. He saw the during mission."

Kyle: "Oh, Well done Captain but don't you think this map is quite incomplete."

Col: "What do you mean Colonel, did you also saw the map?"

Kyle: "I didn't only saw the map; I have the map."

I pulled a folded parchment from my pocked and passed it Colonel Phillips. He was quite surprised as what they pointed were less than 30% of the total bases.

Col: "You never seem to amaze me, boy"

Kyle: "You have lot to learn, Captain."

I laughed a little and went with colonel Phillips to further discuss our actions. Leaving Steve and Peggy there.

Peggy: "So, what are your plans for today, captain?"

Steve: "Nothing, I will go meet Bucky and form my team to eliminate these hydra bases."

Peggy: "No, I mean like there is a fair in the city. Would you like go with me, just us two?"

Steve: "Ah! Sorry Agent Carter. I can't accompany you tonight. I am going out with boys."

He left leaving Peggy alone. She was a little sad but went to do his work. {Quite a douchebag I say. She is Peggy Carter, Fucker.}
