Chapter 27

"So where is Austin taking you?" Serena slipped a plain gold chain around Courtney's neck.

"I'm not sure." Nervously, she placed her fingers to her throat and glancing at herself in the vanity mirror in Serena's bedroom. "Are you sure I look okay?"

Serena looked down the length of her and nodded in approval. The black fitted sundress accented her curves perfectly, showing just enough cleavage to tease. "Trust me."

"I do." She frowned and sat on the edge of the bed. "I've just I mean, I've never been on a date before. I don't know what to do."

"Austin is very traditional." Serena sat next to her, patting her hand. "He'll probably take you to dinner and then somewhere afterward. The night will most likely end with him kissing you on the front porch."

"What if I do something wrong? Or he doesn't like me?"
