Chapter 19: War

War, no one wants it.

Caroline is currently leading the troops through the city of Seoul. No civilians. It's empty. Like what you see in a zombie apocalypse movies. Cars are littered everywhere, shops are closed and there's almost no electricity.

Nayeon looked around, saddened by the view. The busy city of Seoul is not so busy anymore. All because of that girl Rosalinda.

Nayeon was beside Caroline, she was worried for the silver haired girl. Caroline was frowning. She's angry. The dark look on her face says so.

Nayeon sighed, they are riding a military car. The other Twice members are at the back of the car talking. They are also sad to see the city so empty. But the sooner this war end the sooner this city will be back to normal.

They don't know why Rosalinda picked this city. They are wondering why.

"Hey, do you have any idea why she picked Seoul as the location?" Jeongyeon asked Caroline.

"I don't know. We don't need to worry about that. Worry about the opponents you all are going to fight. Remember she has many savages on her side. Destroy the cores okay? And I'll deal with Rosalinda," Caroline told them.

The Twice nodded their heads.

"Do you think Momo, you know, will fight?" Nayeon asked, leaning on the window.

"Most likely," Caroline short answered.

Nayeon huffed. She doesn't like the tone of Caroline's voice, she's used to the playful Caroline. The two of them became friends after soending time with each other with the othe Twice members.

Mina was quiet, glancing at Chaeyoung from time to time. She's worried about the smolbean. She knows that the girl's weapon is special and powerful, she shouldn't worry, because through their training she showed that she is strong enough to defend herseld but Mina still can't help but worry about Chaeyoung's safety.

She sighed clutching her hundred that is on her collar. She'll protect her co members.

Dahyun, who was usually cheerful, and always trying to light up the mood is quiet laying her head on Sana's shoulder, sighing from time to time.

Sana was staring at Dahyun, running her head through the younger girl's hair.

While Tzuyu, who always has a bitch face, looked at her eonnies in concern.

Jeongyeon being Jeongyeon tried reassuring the maknae, saying that everything will be fine. She's the guardian of Twice after all.

While Jihyo stared at Caroline. She knows that the girl is really strong but she'll try her best protecting her. She doesn't want anything bad happening to her. She wants Caroline and her to be together after the war.

The car's communication device rang, Rose's name flashed on the screen.

Caroline accepted the call and Rose's face appeared on the screen, serious.

"We'll be arriving at the destination in 10 minutes. Be ready and always on your guard."

Then the screen went black. Twice held their breaths. They looked at each other.

"Don't die, you buttheads if you all die I'll never forgive all of you," Jihyo said.

Twice laughed and nodded their heads.

They arrived already and they saw a bunch of people and red savages. It's obvious that they experimented on it.

But what they saw in front of the crowd made their hearts clench.

There stood Momo in all her glory, but she looks different instead of the drowsy look she always had on, her face is serious and void of emotion. She's like a robot.

When Twice and Caroline jumped off the car, the troops followed suit. This war isn't fair because the opponents side has savages. But their side has many troops, maybe they can win this thing if they do it the right way.

"Well, well. Caroline, nice meeting you again," Rosalinda said smiling evilly.

Caroline glared at Rosalinda, "Can't say the same thing to you."

"Momo!" Nayeon yelled for Momo.

But Momo just looked at her. Not replying.

"Don't bother sweetheart, she doesn't know you. Momo here already has a savage blood on her. All her memories are lost permanently, hopefully. She just know that you guys are her enemies," Rosalinda chuckled at Nayeon's horrified look. "Now, attack!" Rosalinda shouted and both sides attack at each others. "Momi you go and fight that bunny and I'll fight Caroline."

Nayeon made ger weapons appear just in timw to block Momo's attack.

"Momo! Snap out of it! You're not this thing," Nayeon tried reasoning but Momo just continued attacking her and she continued blocking it.

Nayeon doesn't want to hurt Momo so she never attacked, she just blocked.

From the looks of it Momo is stronger than her, there's no denying it.

On Mina's side.

Mina was shooting the people with yellow eyes attacking her, her wepon is strong enought to knock them out but nor kill them.

Then a savage tried taking her down but she jumoed back just in time for the savage foot almost crushing her.

The savage shoot her with a beam of red lights, she can't dodge it but Chaeyoung went in front of her and made a shield.

"Mina, I'll go and try breaking the thing's shell and you go shoot the core okay?" Mina nodded.

Chaeyong jumped higher and made a big sword. She attacked the savages shell and it breaks slowly, then she jumped back just in time for Mina to shoot the core. The savage went down.

"Let's keep doing this," Chaeyoung said.

Mina nodded following Chaeyoung's lead.

Jeongyeon and Tzuyu was doing the same thing, Tzuyu is on top of the roof top shooting people.

A savage noticed her and tried going after her but Jeongyeon already chopped of the thing's leg and broke the shell and core.

Sana and Dahyun, the hyper duo was just having fun destroying the savages and knocking out people. They are really a great match.

"Die you bastard, I'll fucking kill you all!" Jihyo shouted while crazily shooting down the savages. One shoot on their cores they go down.

Carolins was still fighting Rosalinda, they are both equally strong.

They are both in their full armor right now on the air, blocking each other's attack.

Rosalinda looked down at Jihyo, "What will you do if I attack your precious girlfriend."

"This is between us Rosalinda!" Caroline shouted sttacking her.

"Of course, I don't do things that way."

Rosalinda attacked Caroline with equal force.
