Am I dead?

Why can't I move?!

I tried to lift my arm slowly but failed. It felt like my whole body has been wrecked till the core or something was holding me back so that I can't move.

 My eyes were still shut and I could hear the pounding sound in my head. It's aching in a way as if it would explode. My jaw clenched as I closed my eyes tightly. There was nothing I could sense but just pain. I feel something dropping on me. Water it is; that's what it felt like when something rushed through my face. It was disturbing yet making me avoid the pain for a while.

Why am I suddenly feeling cold now? I feel like my ears are blocked as I could hear nothing but plain heartbeat but they were soon tingling as if something just got in touch with my ears.
