Blacklight Biotechnology would rebuild Walvis Bay International Airport, which included extending and widening the original runway and adding three more brand-new runways that would be over 1,800 meters in length and over 40 meters in width.

In addition, the reconstruction project also included the expansion of the fuel depot's capacity and the improvement of the water supply, power supply, and other guaranteed facilities.
