The Mysterious Lake

Kanisha cleaned herself as she was going out to venture the forbidden forest first, even though she's not sure if it's there, for her it's better to start something than nothing.

Opening the door, the bright rays of the sun kinda blind her for a second as she was not used to it for a while. She's a bit frightened to venture into the outside world as things have improved so much and with many unfamiliar faces.

She tries to stay away from attention but still, many people looked at her, greeted her and she greeted back shyly. She lowered her head and walked faster towards the forest, she had brought some ropes that she found in the kitchen cabinet, she has a plan to attach it to the trees that she will encounter so that she will not be lost when she gets back.
