The howl forced me to growl low in annoyance, still, I obeyed, crouching low and leaping high and further away.

Hand grasping my pre-mated mate Gong, I landed skidding down a twisting large tree.

Fear, this is a rare emotion. I don't think I felt it but I knew the signs well, the wolves I had retaliated against had displayed this.

Hearts accelerating, eyes dilating, heavy breathing and the trembling of limbs.

I felt as if I was prey, a sheep being hunted by a predator.

Knowing and experiencing such things is something I had no wish before to experience, now though…

I inwardly roared feeling my body begin to slow down.

My steps began to slow by a quarter.

I wanted to howl in rage at my weak body but slightly cold arms lifted me and began to move faster.
