The boosts from fusing with his Ascendancy Halos and taking on the Infinite Willow Tree True Form were explained.

A multiplier of 500 to all cast skills and abilities, with an additional multiplier of 250 to any abilities that provided the True Reality Damage Values. 

This alone was ridiculous enough, but it wasn't everything. There was then the Infinite Willow Tree's form itself!

Noah's consciousness was spread out in a fantastical fashion as he felt like he could see everything around him with even more clarity- even a semblance of the natural laws of Reality becoming clearer!

Wherever his Infinite Willow Tree branches passed, he felt like he had utmost control in that area as the most shocking this was truly in the name of this bloodline itself.
