"SIR!" A man yelled as he opened the door. He panted heavily before taking a deep breath and looked at a man. The man had a muscular build and black hair which were accompanied by almond like eyes. He wore a black military uniform with golden linings all over it. On his shoulders were golden shoulder pads on each side. He had a black military cap on his head with an insignia on it. In his hand a cigarette with smoke coming off it.
"Sir! It's an emergency! The EGR picked up a large energy signal near Musutafu!" He hastile said as he walked to the man in uniform, before handing him a tablet. On the tablet a map of Japan was visible. Near Tokyo a large red circle could be seen. It was slowly increasing in size.
The man in uniform raised an eyebrow and puffed out a large amount of smoke. "Ho? Musutafu you said? Haha, isn't that where the old man found that boy?" He dropped the cigarette onto the ground before extinguishing it. He gave the tablet back to the employee, "Let's go to Musutafu and check it out." A smile formed on his face before he walked out.
The others inside the room attempted to call him back but to no avail. The employee who reported the energy signals sighed deeply. "When the boss wants to do something, nobody can stop him from doing so. I still wonder why the higher ups appointed him as the department leader. Anyway, everyone! Inform the police to close off the area and place some heroes on standby, although the boss can most likely handle it by himself, it's still better to be safe than sorry."
When the employee gave the order, everyone began to hastily move around with some beginning to make phone calls.

At a beach filled with junk, a certain green haired boy was putting a lot of effort into lifting a seemingly heavy piece of junk up. Some sort of war cry came out of his mouth as he finally succeeded in lifting the piece of junk up. He took a step backwards with trembling legs. He repeated the process and slowly but 'steadily' moved backwards. Miraculously, it didn't take the boy extremely long to place the junk into a large container.
He sighed deeply and rubbed his hands against each other with a satisfied expression. "Finally" He smiled brightly before collapsing onto the ground from exhaustion.
Suddenly, a spinning vortex appeared in the sky. The boy who collapsed from exhaustion looked right at it. He blinked a few times and rubbed his eyes. Spontaneously, the boy sprung up and pointed at the vortex. "W-WHAT IS T-THAT!" His eyes were wide open as he looked at it.
From within the vortex, a flock of butterfly-like creatures flew out. It had a pair of wings and 4 sharp teeth pointing out from its mouth. The insides of the wings were coloured by a slightly illuminated blue colour while the outside of the wings were grass coloured with spikes covering it.
In union, they all let out a loud screech which could be heard from kilometers away. They circled near the vortex a couple of times, before they departed into the vast skies. "Wooow." A voice rang out next to the exhausted boy. The boy instantly looked over to his side, a man in military uniform stood next to him while puffing a cigarette.
"WAAAAH!" The boy jumped backwards and covered his face and swung his arms wildly in the air.
"Heya kid, you got any idea what that thing in the air is?" He pointed his cigarette to the vortex while casually looking at the kid.
The boy seeing this, slowly calmed down before saying, "Ummm, s-sorry sir… I was just t-training here when it suddenly appeared." The boy looked at the ground with a downcast expression.
"Hooo? Training for what? Don't tell me you want to go to U.A.?" A small grin appeared on his face as he looked at the boy. 'Wasn't the old man's brat training here? Maybe this brat is that brat?' He smirked before pushing the thoughts away.
"Uh? Ah! Yes! I want to go to U.A.!" He said with a determined tone. He clenched his fist together and he showed a firm expression.
"Haha, it's always fun to see future heroes. I look forward to seeing your future deeds." He looked at the boy with a bright smile.
Unexpectedly, a very skinny man with sharp, angular features and long limbs, his neck long and his eyebrows absent, appeared behind them. "Young Midoriya! Why are you still here? We already finished today's routine." He said while waving his hand.
The boy looked at the skinny man and smiled "Hello Al- Yagi, I uhh w-wanted to continue..." He hastily changed his words since he realised that they weren't alone.
"Hoo? Toshinori, why are you here?" The military man asked as he slightly tilted his head.
"Huh? Oh! Hello Zen. It has been a long time since we last saw each other, hasn't it? Hahaha. I am here because of a call-up." He rubbed the back of his head and awkwardly laughed.
"It certainly has been a while. So you are here because of that huh. Just a question but, is this brat here the brat you chose as your successor?" He smoked the cigarette once again.
"Haha, you are right. This is Midoriya Izuku, my successor." He introduced the boy now known as Midoriya.
"Eh? Ehhh?!? You know about All might?" Izuku asked confusedly.
"Yep! Of course I know the old man. I know a lot of things after all. Anyway, nice to meet ya! The name is Zen Samuru. I am the department leader of abnormal activity." He extended his hand and shook Izuku's hand.
"Now, may I ask you to escort the brat out of the area. The forces are going to be here soon" He said as he pushed them away.
"Alright alright. I will see you later, Zen." All might said as he grabbed Izuku along and left the beach. "Uhh, Goodbye, mister!" Izuku hastily said while waving his hand.
Zen extinguished the cigarette and pocketed his hands. He looked at the vortex. A cold breeze passed by and some pieces of junk fell on the ground. He stood there in silence for a few seconds before grabbing a walkie talkie out of his pocket. He pressed the push to talk button and said, "Yo! I have arrived at the location of the energy signals. The energy signals appear to be emitted from a portal of some sorts. So far only a flock of weird birds came out of it." He informed them.
"Copy that leader, the reinforcements will arrive in a couple of minutes. Several heroes are also closing in on the destination. Please be on standby." A voice resonated from the walkie talkie.
"Alrighty!" Zen responded before placing the walkie talkie back in his pocket. He looked up into the sky and a grin appeared on his face. "Haha, this is going to be fun. I can feel it."

Inside a blueish tunnel, Hisato and Kuro were soaring through it. Hisato closely held Kuro with him, after all, he didn't want to lose Kuro.
Suddenly, the tunnel ended. The setting sun could be seen. It illuminated the sky with an orange like colour. "Huh? We are out?" He said as he looked around. He saw a large cityscape, spanning kilometers long. Below him a large coastline could be seen filled with junk.
Hisato admired the view. Although he had seen even more wonderful sceneries in his time there, this view was something new. Promptly, Hisato snapped out of it and realised that he was falling towards the ground at an alarming speed.
Even though Hisato was falling to the ground, he didn't panic. His breathing was calm. Abruptly, Hisato stopped in mid air and slowly floated towards the ground.
He inhaled a large sum of air, before exhaling it. He looked around and then erupted in laughter. "HAHAHAHA! Kuro! We are out!" He said as he hugged Kuro even tighter.
Kuro meowed in response and rubbed his head against Hisato's. Hisato then yawned and said, "I can't wait to take a nap." Hearing this, Kuro's face became black. Although he too liked napping. They just returned to Earth and could communicate with others again! Yet Hisato wanted to take a nap!
Suddenly, a voice yelled at them.
"PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR AND DON'T MOVE!"
