It's different when I'm with you

"Good morning fellow students..."

Not even one hour have passed some of the students already got tired from hearing nonsense coming from the their 'useless' student council vice present but when the moment a good looking guy went up stage, all of their attention was on him.

"Excuse me everyone sorry for the long welcome speech for our first years..."

It was the Student council president, they couldn't look away, all of their eyes at glued at him. But one student stand out among them, he didn't paid attention nor look up at the stage, he just keeps looking down reading a book. then president called out to him. "You there! why aren't you listening to your president?!" shout coming from the vice,

"Shut up your 'nonsense' talking senior, but i would also like to apologize for my rudeness just now, i just can't keep listening welcome speeches, why don't you just say 'welcome students' why take it long and add 'blah blah blah' to it, almost all of the students are tired." He stood up looking at the student councilors with a gloomy looking face of him, but with confidence.

"Nonsense you said? How dare you!" the vice butted in, "Yes it was all nonsense..." he replied. The vice got pissed off at him and can't just stand looking with a fake smile of his "You brat--!!"

"Stop... Now this just a waste of time, you sit down please." calm president said stopping vice to punch him. "I apologize, sir" he said, "Wait please, may i ask for your name junior?" The president asked out of the blue.

"Yuri, my name is Yuri Misaki, why?" Yuri asked back, "Well nothing." the president replied lifting back his eyeglasses.

"Interesting..."

After what happened at the auiditorium building, Yuri Misaki was called to the principals office.

"I bet the principal is going to punish him for earlier..."

"I think so too..."

"But I'm quite worried, because he is from our class, he might get our reputation down."

Whispered by the girls coming from Yuri Misaki's class.

"Excuse me, sir." Yuri said before he opened the principals office's door. He stand in front of the principals desk one meter away, "Misaki, do you know why you have been called out here?" the principal said looking so serious. "I wonder, may be from earlier at the auditorium? I didn't do anything wrong... I just said the truth without spreading any useless rumors around the University." Yuri replied without any care at all.

"Are you interested in...joining the Student cou--!"

"Sorry, but i refuse."

"Why not?"

"Waste of my time?"

"Why so?"

"Nothing, also talking with you is also a waste of my time" he replied. "Misaki, i think- no, you've got a character problems here." the principal said. "I get it all the time." he replied. "But if you'll excuse me, my class is starting soon." he added and bow as he walked away to close the door making his way towards his class.

"Damn that old geezer, bothering me again" he thought.

A month later, Yuri Misaki acted as what he usually does, the students and the teacher's bad impression of him are just nothing compared to his grades, well he is is smart opposite to what they think of him.

"His grades are top notch, also he is also very good at sports, i heard" Whispered by a girl in the neighboring classes.

"I love strong and smart man like him." the girl said. "I like him too", "No don't steal him away from me..."

Not a very long time, almost all of the first years, even the second and third years girls got a liking to him too. Everytime he walks in the hallway all of their attention are towards him.

But not even once Yuri Misaki paid them any attention, he just passed by them like they were some trashes to be stepped on, he pity and looks down on them, that's why for a very long time Yuri Misaki haven't made any friends during his first year.

On the last day of the graduating students, for the first time in five years Yuri Misaki got awarded a rare award which cannot be given to some random students around.

When spring came after the summer break, he started his second year in highschool...
