Yipee

As they got out of the compound, Ray asked curiously ," So, What's your surprise?"

Elsa could barely restrain her happiness, that she blurted," We are going to my place."

"WH-AA-T?!"

Ray was shocked for a moment and when he looked at her and found her laughing at him.

He sighed and thought,'Ohh.. she was just kidding. She gave me an heart attack now. Phew! '

Elsa stopped laughing as she saw him sighing and was confused. 'Wait...why is he relaxed now?! Isn't he supposed to ...I don't know..be flustered a little..atleast! '

Her questions were answered when Ray said,"Please don't make such jokes, my heart can't take it."

Elsa stared at Ray for some time before she answered slowly,"I'm not joking, we are going to my place."

Ray could see the seriousness in her eyes and he gulped. 'God! Is this a new way of testing my control !!!!!!!!! '. Before he could come around with the idea, Elsa pulled him into a bus while saying,"Come on!!! Hurry"

When both of them sat, Ray kept on pinching his hands wondering whether he was in a dream. He shook his head and observed Elsa,who was humming a song calmly while looking outside the window.

Little did he know how nervous she was. You could call her bold but she wanted to hug him so badly, and she could only do that at their homes so as to not make people raise their eyebrows at them.

Well, he could try to change her plan, "Umm.. Babe, Won't your dad be at home? ..Yess, your brother..he might be there. Its still early to meet your parents, you know they could be against..."

Elsa turned to him with a 'Are you stupid look' and said before he could complete his sentence,"No one's at home, you think I will take you home if anyone was at home. I'm not stupid."

She rolled her eyes and thought,' Stupid!!! How will I hug you, if my parents are at home!.'

Well... he tried...

Ray gave in and asked,"So what's the plan?"

"What plan?" She asked confused.

"Well,you know, why this home thing suddenly? Is there any reason for it? "

"Should I have a reason for bringing you home?"

Elsa stared at him.

"No..No.. I was just asking casually.You can bring me home anytime and do anything." Ray tried to pacify her.

She chuckled and asked," Anything? I can do anything, huh?! Noted."

Ray blushed and he thought silently,' Wait a minute, why were the roles reversed here.'

"You know... It's too soon for that...We shouldn't rush it." Ray tried to change her plan even though he would love to rush it, but he didn't want to scare her.

"What rush.. What are you talking about?"

Ray was about to explain, when Elsa innocently said," I was just planned to cook something for you." He was stunned on hearing that and blamed his dirty mind for thinking too far.

Elsa saw that his face was having a deep shade of red and asked naughtily," For what reason,did you think I was taking you home?"

Ray blushed and chose to remain silent.

Both of them entered a cab , as they have to cover some distance from bus stop to her place. Ray was fidgeting the entire journey but he was also repeating a mantra inside his head the entire time, 'Control... Control is absolute... Even if you feel like dying, never give in.'

Elsa ,on the other hand, was experiencing the same feelings. She was excited to show her room to him but at the same time,nervous of what would happen.

"Should I get off at some place away from your home?"

Elsa was puzzled at his question," Why do you want to do that?"

"Won't your neighbours find it weird?"

"Ha! you don't have to care about it.They would just think that I brought a friend home."

Ray nodded .

Soon, they reached her place. As Ray got off the cab, he ran off at great speed , worried whether her neighbours will see him, and opened her gate and got inside.

The cab driver , on seeing this, laughed out loud.

"That kid is hilarious."

Elsa heard him and chuckled while paying for their ride. Ray looked at her nervously, as if telling her to come inside quickly.

Elsa threw her keys at him which was caught neatly by Ray. He let himself in while keeping the door open for her.

As Elsa entered, she saw him sitting on her sofa and exhaling deeply.

Seeing her smile at him, Ray shook his head. Only he knew how nervous he was. Elsa placed her bag on the dinning table while asking," Are you hungry?"

She was walking towards a room and he followed her. What he didn't know was, Elsa wanted to fix her jeans as it was now way below her waist since it was a loose fit.

Ray just went inside the room she went and saw that it was a bedroom. He heard her shout at him,"Raayy!!Why did you come in? "

He turned to her and was about to reply when he saw that she was holding her jeans together while her top was pulled up, he could see her small navel on her tummy which made him blush.

He ran away from the room as fast as he could and heard Elsa laughing. He cursed himself,' She is going to be the death of me.'

Elsa,soon came out of the room with a smile and repeated her earlier question.

Ray nodded and this time, she walked into the kitchen.

"Is Yipee okay for you?"

"That's what you are going to cook?" Ray asked amusingly.

"Whaat... Don't look down on Yipee. My Yipee is the best."

Ray laughed when he saw her pouting at him. He put his hands up and said," Anything madam, I would eat anything you cooked."

Elsa smiled and went to find the utensils and ingredients for it. There wasn't much needed, as all she wanted was a wok, yipee packet,eggs, water and butter.

She placed her wok on fire and as it got heated, she threw some butter in it and broke two eggs over it. Then she added salt and pepper and began scrambling it.

Ray was watching her cook and being an amazing cook himself, he was pleased that she was trying to incorporate his tastes into this dish.

He asked," What should I help you with?"

"Umm...." Elsa was moving the scrambled eggs to another plate "Help me by eating this fully."and winked at him.

He smiled and watched how she was busy with her cooking. He took his phone out and snapped some pictures , so that he could remember this day.

Elsa was distracted by the sound and complained, "No taking pictures inside kitchen.. I look ugly now."

Ray smiled and looked lovingly at the picture in his phone and said,"You are always beautiful." She had her hair up in a bun and was focusing on the wok.

Elsa blushed and focused on her dish while thinking, 'What a blind fool he is!!'. The saying is true,after all, 'Love is blind.'

She placed the wok again on the stove and poured water in it. As the water was boiling, she tore the packet and removed the masala packet in it.She put the noodles in the water and added the masala with the noodles.

As she was waiting, she told him where her dad went and that he would come back tomorrow.

Ray gulped and said," So, When should I leave?"

"When its time for you to leave." Elsa was enjoying his nervousness. Little did she know that he was nervous for her and not him.

As the noodles got cooked, she added the scrambled eggs and asked him," Do you like it dried or broth way?"

"How do you like it?"

"The broth... I like drinking it."

"Then, the broth way it is.." which made Elsa smile.

After ten minutes of cooking, she gave him his share and took her share and walked towards the sofa.

When Ray sat near her, she said," Taadaa!! Lets eaat..."
