The Devil.

Next day, Elsa felt like she was walking on thorns as she reached her classroom . Her face was getting red every second she thought of what would happen once she entered the classroom .

She slapped herself awake and entered the classroom without looking at anyone . Quietly, she reached her seat and sat down before taking her headphones out. As she plugged in her headphones, she slightly looked around to check whether any of her friends were present.

She noticed that only few people were present and some were smiling at her. She smiled back and ducked her head while reminding herself not to be shy.

After some time, she felt someone sitting near her. She sighed thinking that it was either Adina or Gina and got up to tell them what happened yesterday. As she looked to her side, her eyes widened when she met with his huge grin.

As Ray entered the classroom, he soon noticed Elsa listening while keeping her head down and he also noticed how everyone kept smiling at him. He smiled and didn't care what others had to say anymore. He wanted to do this for so long and now he got the opportunity.

Instead of heading to his seat, Ray headed towards Elsa's direction. He sat by her side and noticed her sigh. He wanted to see her expression so he kept his hand against his forehead and leaned slightly while having a grin on his face.

He noticed how her eyes widened in shock and how she looked at everyone before her eyes landed on him again.

Elsa didn't know what to say, her mind was blank at this sudden surprise and she couldn't find any words to say. More, when Ray held her hand tightly and smiled at her.Elsa blushed but didn't withdrew from it. She raised her brow for the sudden openess.

Ray understood what she asked and said," Well I wanted to do this for long and now I got the chance. Why would I not take the oppurtunity?"

Elsa giggled at his answer and said," You sure know how to confirm everyone's thoughts. " and rubbed his hand slightly. She was feeling happy with his gesture. She didn't know that openly claiming their relationship was far better than hiding it.

As Adina and Gina entered, they were surprised to find the love birds sitting together and knew that they were done with the all the secret stuff. Elsa greeted them and told them what happened yesterday while Ray was playing with a strand of her hair with a loving smile on his face.

After some chit chatting,Ray headed to his friends before leaving his bag at his seat.

As Gina sat beside Elsa, she asked," So, do you plan on telling your family anytime soon? "

Elsa thought about it while Adina asked her," Wait... Will your parents allow all this dating while in college?"

" Well.. aren't we old enough to date someone? and besides my parents won't have any problem as long as my marks don't go down. " Elsa shrugged.

"So are you planning on letting them know?" Adina asked while taking out her books as the first hour, maths ,started.

" No-pe.... " Elsa answered while dragging the last two letters for three seconds and chuckled at her friends expressions.

" I don't want them to lecture me this soon.. Even Alan will get on with his big brother lecture and he will want to meet Ray too. " Elsa groaned when she remembered that her brother was in the same college.

" Shit... Won't he know about it ? Will he hear this from someone ?God!! I don't want him to hear this from someone.." Elsa mumbled which was heard by them.

" Shush... Don't worry.. Why don't you just tell your brother about it so that you won't hyperventilate. " Gina told her wisely.

" But.. don't you think it's too soon to introduce him to my family?"

"Well yeah.. but Ray won't get scared with all the meeting instead he would dive into it as he would know how much that means to you." Gina shrugged.

"Um...Yeah... I will ask him whether he is okay with it and if he's not, I won't force him ."

"There you go... Now focus " Gina said when she noticed that their teacher was glaring at them.

During break, an announcement was made that there will no classes after break because of the upcoming college fest they held each year. This was one of the biggest events everyone looked forward to as it involves various competitions and also allows other colleges to participate or look around.

Ray was happy knowing that they had a free day and searched for Elsa to ask her out. He furrowed his eyebrows when he didn't find her inside class. He got out of class to look for her in the corridor when he saw her walking back and froth with a troubled expression.

He walked over and blocked her path to make her notice him but to his surprise, Elsa stopped few steps away and turned back to continue her walking. He frowned displeased that she had so much in mind that she didn't even notice him.

He grabbed her arms as soon as she turned and pulled her towards him.Elsa felt a force pulling her backwards which made her snap out of her thoughts. She sighed thankfully when she felt someone holding her to avoid her falling . She knew who it was before she turned and her lips curled up thinking ,' Why does he always pull me?'

Ray smiled when he saw her lips curled up and asked jealously," Who are you thinking about that you didn't notice me when I stood before you?"

Elsa giggled at his question and pinched his nose while answering," You are so cute. " and laughed when she saw his expression.

Ray frowned when he heard he was cute and said ,"FYI, I prefer hot than cute."

Elsa playfully said," You might but that doesn't mean you should be. "

Ray narrowed his eyes, when he heard her laugh again. Her eyes sparkled and he knew that she was playing with him but he still wanted to know what made her worry.

Elsa noticed his concern and said," It's nothing actually... I just wanted to ask you something."

Ray moved towards one of the free benches and sat down before telling," Ask away."

"Well.. Do you mind meeting my brother? " Elsa asked nervously while moving to sit on the desk.

Ray was stunned as he didn't expect this question. He thought it might be about their relationship or his personal life but never did he think that it will be about meeting families.

Ray furrowed his eyebrows on thinking about his family. Elsa saw this and hastily said," It's okay if you don't want to. I know we are moving way too fast. It's just my brother might know about us from someone else and I prefer him hearing it from us. "

Ray understood her point and also noticed that she thought he wasn't keen on meeting her family.

He said," Sure ... I will meet him.. I don't mind meeting your family but mine will take some time."

Elsa tilted her head slightly looking at him with her confused eyes and so he said," My family is more orthodox and they won't exactly entertain the girlfriend idea. "

Elsa nodded understanding his point. It was very common as lot of people in her college were from orthodox families. Though she didn't have anything against orthodox people, she found it troublesome as they followed some stupid tradition where they marry the girl their parents choose.

"That's okay... I will meet them when you find it is neccesary. " Elsa said smilingly.

Ray got up from his seat and asked," Tell me about the devil?"

Elsa laughed and said," He's no devil but be prepared for some lectures."

Ray nodded while waiting for her to continue as she looked like she wanted to add something .

"I want my brother to like you. I prefer it that way so just be good to him , okay? "

Ray laughed and said," Done!! I will be on my best behaviour.So when should I meet him?"

" Well since we have a free day, How about now?"

Ray shrugged and said, " Lead the way, my Princess."
