Agreement

After the 4 CEO of the large publishing house reach an agreement, they did not raise the condition again as they feel it's already the bottom line.

"Mr.Henry, our HarperCollins offers you our best publicity in the United States and the best channel. I already do research that most of your audience majority are from the United States. If you choose us, we guarantee the best publicity in the US that no other can provide. 40% of royalties are our maximum offers." George Lucas states his condition. He confident Henry will choose them as Henry base reader is at the United States. HarperCollins is the best in the United State when it comes to influence as they supported by the Murdoch News Group.

"HacheteLivre can provide you the best publicity in France and Europe. We can help you expand your reader base to Europe as Europe market no less than the United States. 40% too is our maximum."

Macmillan and Simon & Schuster don't raise condition anymore as their influence both loss to HarperCollins and HacheteLivre so they don't bother raising the condition.

Henry then silent for a while as he contemplating the condition raised by HarperCollins and HacheteLivre. George Lucas and the CEO of HacheteLivre silent too as they know Henry must choose between two of them.

Henry then thinks about pro and contra if he chooses one of them. Finally, after 10 minutes, Henry makes his decision.

"Mr.Martin, I'm sorry, as Mr.George said, my reader base is on the United States, so I choose HarperCollins."

When George Lucas heard that, he grinning as he already knows this would happen.

Henry not blindly chooses this decision. This decision is based on various reason, like first, like George Lucas said, his majority reader is from the United States. HarperCollins influence in the United States is the best compared to the rest of the publishing house as they backed by Murdoch News Group.

Why not chooses HacheteLivre? It's because Henry wants to consolidate his reputation first in the United States as he mainly lives here rather than expanding his reputation to distant Europe. You must ask me why not Henry build his own publishing house so he can earn all the benefit alone?

Let me tell you that to build a publishing house require much effort and reputation. Even though Henry can build his own publishing house, the price will be too great as by doing so, he completely offends the large publishing house. Besides, his main energy is not placed on the literature industry as the money he gets from it not even a fraction that he is doing later. So why not seek the best of both sides so everyone can be happy?

"It's a wise decision Mr.Henry, here is the contract, you can check it first." George Lucas laughs a little as he handed the prepared contract. Henry then takes a look at the contract so he not pitted by the trap. After just 5 minutes check, Henry can determine the contract is true and there's no legal loophole. Henry then signed the contract and shake his hand with George Lucas.

"It seems this time you win George." Martin Abel then patted George Lucas back.

"Hahaha, of course, maybe it's your turn next time." George Lucas laughs as he feels a little proud as he wins a super talented author. After chatting with Henry for 30 minutes about various aspect of the industry, George Lucas and all of the people in the room left as the matter has been settled.

Henry then left alone in the empty conference room. This matter is just a small thing that he conveniently solved. Even though he can maximum benefit if he does it himself, it's not worth his effort as his recent plan requires his energy for a long time.

So after thinking for a while, he left the conference room to the classes as now is the time for his Computer Science class.

The news Henry visited by many CEO of the publishing house has spread like a wildfire in Harvard. Many people especially men die from envy and hatred as Henry aura now is too dazzling! Of course, not all men hate Henry as there's still that want to ask a signature from Henry.

Now Henry reputation has reached its peak as basically every person in Harvard and entire Massachusetts already know there's a super rich, talented author, genius intelligent, and handsome appearance teenager studied at Harvard.

Now Henry has become best boyfriend candidate for many girls. If previously Henry is just a little popular, now even if Henry just exercises like normal every morning, there's a lot of girls that watch him. This situation has caused a little trouble for him as Henry feel his action begin restricted.

So in the following 1 week, Henry basically just staying in the library to absorb various knowledge like physic, mathematics, chemistry, biology, and various advance knowledge that Harvard has. Even if you have all the money in the world, it can never be compared to life. Henry ambitiously wants to develop something like life serum to expand his lifespan. His intelligence gives him this hope, so he studying with hard work. If all goes well, in his lifetime, he can develop better tech than when he came from, which is 2016.

He can already imagine black tech appear in his own hand like Space Elevator, True Artificial Intelligence, Life Serum that he wants, and various advanced tech. Of course, even he is a genius, he never can do it alone as he need help from people too. So after a while, his plan will officially begin as it will help him reach the great purpose.
