Escape

'Today is the day.' it is the first thought as I opened my eyes. For fifty-one days I and Nero worked for it and today, we will escape.

Everything is ready. Nero had dug up nearly all of the tunnel, while I had finished up with the collar. I only need one command, and I will freeze up its working without alerting any artifact.

I took a deep breath and brought out a cylindrical alchemical pill from the storage.

I had cashed in all my points yesterday and created many different potions and pills. 

I would need them, as the world outside the tunnel is extremely dangerous. Nero had gone out, and I have seen the dangerous monsters roam the forest around the mine.

I would need to be very careful, not only of the monsters but also of the people. They are the most dangerous. I don't want to be caught again by the slavers and sold to another mine or brought back here.
