Two days from the adventurous night it was time for Les to visit back home. She was thankful that she had had no time to ponder over events of that night. To her they were both scary and exciting! She concluded on her own that it was best if she never discovered who her marvelous DJ was. Perhaps the idea of her first kiss being from an unidentified individual was a nightmare yet knowing who he was would also ruin the mood.
As her flight took off she closed her eyes and had enough time to think without worrying about her attachment and patients. In the previous days, she had received so many words of appraisal from her professors. What made them marvel at her work was her dedication to patients. She neither snorted at their various absurd diseases nor did she avoid the disadvantaged. As young as she was whatever she did she gave it her all.
However, her tutor had been afraid that she might have no social life and had advised her to mingle with youngsters her age. When she denied him, he told her that she would then have to see the hospital's psychologist. He was worried that as good as she may be, her interpersonal skills and communication skills were somehow unsatisfactory. He told her that in their line of work, being able to chat with a patient could enable a doctor to determine the recovery progress as well as the mental state of the said patient.
She smiled to herself when she thought how she pouted thinking that she would be ignored. "Dr Lizz I wish I'd tell you that I made a huge progress."

On the far left row, a pair of shiny dark brown eyes were looking at her: scrutinizing adoringly. The man in a white T-shirt was eying her with a semi-smile on his face. He desperately wanted to show up before her and ask her about the two nights ago.
His buddy, a thin fair-skinned man who had a sheepish face was looking to and fro between the two. He had been a DJ for various occassions with his friend but he had never seen him dancing before, neither had he been so affected by someone that way.
"Limo my man, I have no idea how to help you now. you are a famous student doctor and a wonderful DJ but lately you are really drowning."
"urghh... I bet there is something wrong with you too. why do you have to think that everything has changed?"
"Come on Limo! don't dare lie to me. In these two nights, you never sleeped. you either tossed in bed or stayed on the phone inquiring about that girl. Spill the beans."
The former looked at his friend as if he had one loose screw and said "I'm not attracted to her. Can we change the topic now?"
"Uh I see. If you are not then there is no reason why I can't approach her and introduce myself!"
"Thabiso, i'll cut off your tongue. Let's stop worrying about her and talk about what we ae going to do when we reach home. My father said he has a new batch of chicks ready to be delivered yesterday."
"Mmmm! I wonder how I'm going to faceyour father. He scolded me last time. You seem to be master of all traits and there is nothing I can do about it."
'Master of all traits my ass! I can't even tell a woman who is just a few meters away that she has stolen my universe and invaded my dreams.' He laid back and closed his eyes too "Les," he said to himself, "I hope we can use telechenisis to chat right now. I want to hold you and pick up from where we started."

Les woke up when the airplane landed. She could feel the cool breeze of Africa in her nostrils. OR Tambo! She only had to change flights and will be in Lesotho in no time. Although she missed travelling by car as she did with her cousins and aunty back when she was in high school, she was really exhausted. She also had to travel yet another extra three hours to reach her home. She couldn't wait to meet her cousins. She also wanted to meet her father's uncle to sort things out on how to move forward as a family and not dwell on mistakes of the past. She sighed heavily as she took her seat and put on her headphones. She was etremely exhausted and had no time to look around.
When she opened her eyes, the plane was landing in Moshoeshoe II international airpot. She shook her head and laughed at herself! How could she be such a sleepy head?
Taking her small sports bag with her, she exited the entance of the airport, She was ready to call a taxi when she heard a familiar voice from behind her.
"Honey, there she is, I told you to stop wondering off!"
She turned around and saw her parents heading towards her. She rushed to them and gave the two of them a hug. "Mom, dad."
Her Father patted her back and said "we missed you princess. Especially me. This queen is always scolding me when you are not around." He gave his wife an amused look.
"Do I have to scold the two of you right now? I'm starving, let's go to the car first, we will discuss the rest as we go.Besides, Les, your brothers and aunt will be with us the day after tomorrow."
Leseli: "???"
Her father only shook his head as a sign for hre not to probe into the matter further. Leseli was on the back seat while her parents were on the front. She looked out through the window and saw a familiar man. The way his body was built, his height and his complexion! To make matters worse, he was starring at them!!
She felt like her world was spinning.
"What!! How can this be?" She exclaimed
Her mother looked at her questioningly.
"Uh, sorry mom. Just thought I saw someone I know. Bet I was wrong."
"Don't scared us baby." her mother"s voice was calm but concerned.
"Honey, you are going to age quickly. You are always worried. you have to be carefree like me!"
Leseli smiled at her parents. By then she had forgotten about the man he saw and was wondering why her mother and father kept teasing each other arroun. Without her realising it, she was giggling softly as she thought about the argument she had with that man that night...
