Murong Lu Shan's apology

Li Min is still feeling irritated while serving He Yanyu. Just imagining those people's faces made her mad to the point where she can destroy a building because of her anger.

"Min er they're not here anymore you don't need to frown like that anymore" He Yanyu said while worrying about Li Min's temper.

"Forgive me, my lady, I just didn't understand why people make the same mistake again, if ever I saw them in front of me they'll see what I'm capable of," Li Min said while stomping her foot making the tea that was on her hand to almost spill.

"Min..." He Yanyu was about to say something again when someone knocked on the door.

"Your highness princess Kurong is here to visit" When He Yanyu heard the name of Murong Lu Shan she became lively.

The door then opened and a beautiful woman then entered inside.

"It's been a while Yanyu, are you already feeling well?" Murong Lu Shan asked in a worried tone that didn't show in her deadpan but icy countenance.

"I'm fine thank you for worrying about me, I'm sorry about Biu's death" She knew that Biu is extremely important to her and even now she can't forgive herself for that poor person's life.

"If only I didn't come with you on the carriage then Biu doesn't need to die," He Yanyu said and her eyes are already moist like anytime now she will cry.

Murong Lu Shan then went near her then hold her hands.

"You have done nothing wrong, don't ever think that because of you someone died *hik* you didn't even have to feel sorry being assassinated, I knew very well even though we just knew each other for just a little time *hik* Yanyu the reason why I'm here today is to ask for your forgiveness" Murong Lu Shan declared while crying which made the tears from He Yanyu's eyes to fall completely.

"*hik* Shan Shan is unfair why are you asking for my forgiveness?" She asked her with a grievance.

"I've made a promise to Jin Wangye that I'll bring you safe but I didn't even do something to stop those people even Biu died because of that *hik*" Murong Lu Shan is deeply hurt right now, she made a promise to the made she loves but she didn't keep it and someone important to her died and her new friend was even kidnapped. She laments why she always brings down the people that she cared about.

She cannot stop the tears that are flowing through her eyes.

She hates that she's not strong enough to protect those people, there's even a time when she was a child when she thinks that she's empty, there's nothing that can fit for her in this world. As if she was not supposed to live but still she lived.

Her family doesn't need a daughter they already have two fine sons that can give honor to their family name. Her family was perfect, if only she was never born.

He Yanyu was alarmed when she saw the empty look on her eyes like she's falling into depravity, she immediately holds her shoulder and hugged her.

"Shan Shan *hik* you didn't do anything wrong it's just that this world is harsh, you are just too kind you don't need to feel sorry too so please *hik* don't think that you're on your own to the point that you'll forget that I'm still here for you no matter what happened I'm still here for you, so please don't hurt yourself that much"

He Yanyu hugged her tightly like she's pulling her up from the darkness that she had been falling into.

Murong Lu Shan looked at her and the glow on her eyes returned and then she cried pitifully.

Sadly, she forgot that she still has people that will be there for her.

Li Min thought that Murkng Lu Shan is not that pitiful she just thinks that there's no one that she can rely on.

Even if she didn't know it Li Min knows that why she lost the emotion that she has on the surface.

It is because she cared so much that she lost it.

But now she regained it.

Li Min smiled at how kind this woman is.
