Chapter 2: Yue Guang 10%

Nurse Office

(Flashback)

The last time I cried like this was when my grandfather died when I was 20. What made it worse he called me while I was on shoot in a movie replacing my so called sister. He told me to come home and that he has something important to tell me. I told him I will come as soon as I can. I knew from his voice that he did not sound too good. Right after that call, I called Ri Guang to ask her how grandfather was doing and she told me he was doing fine just lost his voice a little. I believed her.

When I finally got a day off from the film and went home. Grandfather was already gone and buried yesterday. He died the next day after the phone call. In other words Grandfather died 8 days ago. I did not even know. No one called me. Ri Guang said that they did not want to distract me while I was working. Now that I thought about it now with new pair of eyes that was totally bull crap.

Since I did not attend to the funeral everyone thought that I did not care about my Grandfather. My reputation in the family decreased while my sister increased. I even heard that she was crying so loud at the funeral and even passed out. Everyone believed it. Grandfather left a will telling who get what. When it final came down to splitting up his shares of the company to his grandchildren that includes my older brother, Yun Shen Zhen, Yun Ri Guang, and me. Shen Zhen got 15% of shares and Ri Guang got 10% while I got 0%. It came as a shock to me. It turns out the Will was not updated, it was last updated in 2006, when I was 16. Which means Grandfather have not met me yet.

I found out a week later that they found a new updated Will in one of this favorite books which have not seen by his lawyers yet. It included me in it which gives me, Yue Guang 10% of shares, Shen Zhen 9%, and Ri Guang 6%. I guess this was what Grandfather wanted to talk to me about. Since it was not turned in to his lawyers it was not valid. So since no one knew about this new Will they thought my Grandfather did not like me and did not have any hope in me in the future which made people distance themselves from me while my sister got all the attention.

(Present)

I heard footsteps coming in closer to the Nurse Office.

"Come On! She is in pain hurry!"

I turned my head to look at the door in time to see it swung open with Lin Yun Feng in pulling the Nurse more like dragging the Nurse back.

"Ok. I will check up on her when you let go of my hand."

Yun Feng looked at her hand still holding the Nurse's hand and blush. She let her hand go so fast like it was on fire. The Nurse straighten herself out and approached me and ask questions on how I am feeling? What is my name? How old I am? Do I remember what happened to me? I answered the questions with flying colors. In the corner of my eye Yun Feng was pouting.

The Nurse was finish check my vitals and gave me a check up and said," Well your vitals are ok but it seems you are under weight for your age. Are you eating ok? It is ok going on a diet but starving yourself is not ok. You have a bump in the back of your head so I want you to try standing up."

I tried to stand up but felt dizzy and sat back down.

" If you feel dizzy lay down and rest and I will check up on you in an hr. Here eat a couple packs of graham crackers and apple juice. There is no rush and I will send a note to your teacher excusing you from the lesson. So rest well."

She got up and left.

"I thought you were really hurt Yue Guang! I rushed her so fast but it turns out you were fine!"

She turned around and cross her arms pouting. I chuckled.

"I am sorry that I scared you. I did not know I was crying until you said something. Please don't be mad."

She turned around smiling. "If you are truly sorry let me have one of your graham cracker for the trouble you caused me."

Before I had the chance to say anything she already took one and opened the pack and ate it. I truly forgot her mood swings. One minute she is happy the next she is mad. Sometimes I think she is bipolar. Do not get me started when she is on her period, man she is a handful.
