3 Years

In one magnificent morning, there was a quiet town called Bacarra. It was beautiful, with a medium size economy and a slow pace of life. Bacarra had an absence of large industrial enterprises, making it a suitable place to live a peaceful life.

In this amazing town, in one particular 2 story house, stood a young man around 20 years as he looked at himself dumbfounded with his mouth slightly ajar while pinching his cheeks in a rhythmic motion.

"W-what the hell?" was all he can say, not knowing what to properly say or what to even think on what's currently happening to him.

"John! Get your ass down here! Breakfast is ready!"

Suddenly, a woman's voice is yelling at him from downstairs.

"John!"

"Ahh? Aah yes, c-coming!" John snapped back to reality as he stuttered and immediately exited his room and went to washed up then went back to his room to get his phone before going downstairs.

"Good Morning mom"

"Good Morning, sit down and eat your breakfast before you go to work" she smiled as she looked at him.

"Mom? What day and year is it today?" John asked embarrassed after stuffing a mouthful of food.

"Huh? September 18, 2018, why?" she said with her back is facing him.

"Ohhh, nothing" he answered like it was nothing trying not to sound so shock.

"Holy Molly! I really came back 3 years from now!" his mouth moved but no sound came out, he even as far went to check the current date on Google before he went back to eating in silence as a lot of thoughts or questions swirled around inside his head.

Then suddenly....

He heard the sound of a notification coming from his phone.

John picked up his phone, opened it and curiously looked at what it was.

'Google Play Store suggested a limited time app for you to download immediately'

Is what he saw on the notifications bar.

"That's weird, I never knew google play store does this" John felt weirded out but still clicked on it and it directed him to an app called Exorcist.

"Who the hell names an app like that?" John chuckled, seemingly already forgetting his current situation.

With only a minute left on the timer, John still clicked "Download" out of curiosity and how weird it was for this app to suddenly appear just after confirming his current situation.

The app launched by itself after it was completed.
