Chapter 1Chapter 1

"Christiana!!"

"Christiana!get your lazy ass down here!"

"Am coming mom, quit yelling!" Christiana ran into the kitchen with her backpack slung over one shoulder and sweat rolling down her face.

"Are you sure you took a shower Christiana?"her mother looked at her with an intense gaze

Rolling her eyes, Christiana walked towards the fridge and took an apple, chumping down on it

"Iar ruolud wreallyr appreciifge iat irf stuup carying me crhistsima!!" She spoke with her mouth full

"Young lady can you stop talking with your mouth full?" Mrs Smith cautioned her

"Urgh fine but can you also stop calling me Christiana,it's too old fashioned, you can call me Chris or Christy "Christiana replied her

"You are gonna be late for school, so run along" Mrs Smith kept on washing not minding the pouting teen behind her.

"No goodbye kiss?that's so unfair mom"Christy picked up her bag and ran out of the kitchen.

She stood at the gate entrance of her school clutching her bag tightly.

"It's okay Chris, you can do this! this is the last semester you are gonna spend in this school so man up and move" she kept on prepping herself not minding the weird looks she has been receiving from people around her.

"Are you gonna move or keep being a creep Christiana" The very well known voice behind her giggled

She took in a deep breath and turned around looking at the big headed ,over the top ,fully caked face or.....so she calls it...

"My name is Chris! okay ass whimp?" Christiana said gritting her teeth.

"Whatever loser"Mathilda replied pushing her aside and walked into the school.

"This bitch is the reason I dreed coming back to this school!" Chris stumped her foot and angrily walked into the school.

Walking down the hallway, everyone kept looking at her and giving her way

'seems like nothing's changed then' she said to herself

She moved towards her locker and pulled it open placing her bag in and took out her Calculus book

"CHRISTY!!" Loveth her best friend yelled waving her hand. She ran towards Christiana breathing heavily.

"Why do you look like you just ran a 200m race?" Christiana asked

"Nevermind that, Jace and I has something to show you after school, and I promise it's gonna leave you shocked" Loveth said with a huge smile on her face.

"I thought we decided to stop this stupid investigation" Christiana said staring angrily at Loveth.

"I know I know but I just couldn't spend the summer holiday , knowing my bestie is in pain, so we did more research and finally we are onto something" Loveth said clutching Christiana's hand with so much happiness.

"Okay fine! Where is Jace by the way?" Christiana said staring at the hallway hoping to catch the shadow of her other clumsy friend.

"He is in detention" Loveth said sighing

"What? Classes hasn't even begun yet, couldn't he have wait before he pulled one of his pranks" Christiana said .

"Apparently not! He had to call principal humpkins 'bumpkins' not knowing she was around and heard him"

Christiana couldn't keep in her laughter, she clutched her stomach and laughed hard.

"He.. is so crazy, I can only imagine his face when she saw him" she said still laughing

"Anyway do you wanna hear the latest?" Loveth said whispering to her with a mischievous look in her eyes

"Do I have a choice?" Christiana said with an eyeroll

"Nope! you don't, We are having a new Chemistry teacher and let me tell you he is supperhoott! Like a hoott freaking goose" Loveth said giggling like a five year old.

"You haven't changed one bit!" Christiana said chuckling at the antics of her friend.

"You are gonna see what I mean when you see him"

"Whatever, the bell will soon ring, let's go to class" She pulled Loveth with her stopping her fangirling over the new Chemistry teacher.

She just couldn't understand why girls do that alot. I mean she understands that as teenagers they go through certain things but isn't she a teenager as well so why does it find it so useless and a waste of them.

Of cause she believes in love and all the rest but she seriously doesn't think she needs to feed any guys ego to get that . And even if she doesn't find love, her mom's love is all the love she needs.

Well no one takes her seriously though!

who want to date her of all people considering her past and the fact that she has never even been in a relationship before.

Sounds pathetic but not to Chris cause for her their are other important things in her life to focus on.

[Sweet, satisfying, pampering, lots of face slapping.] Zhang Caishen's era had come to an end and he could never rise again, or so they said. But why did he seem to be getting richer and more powerful even if he was now crippled and abandoned by his betrothed? Why was he suddenly so unnaturally lucky? The answer was simple; his new wife!! Lin Alix was not lucky when it came to her family. She was the older, less loved and less talented one in comparison to her younger sister who stole everything from her. But fate intervened and she got lucky when it came to a husband, not only was he wealthy but he loved to spoil her. Suggested by her infinite luck gaming system, Alix married her sister's unwanted crippled husband to be and stepped on the path of a winner in life. She swept up music awards, gained international recognition and got her revenge on her cruel family while becoming Beijing's most envious wife. "Are you crazy, you willingly married a crippled man?" her friends asked. "Yes, but have you seen how much he pampers me?" she asked in turn. "She will cheat on him, he is a cripple and he can't perform his husbandly duties." others gossiped. Alix looked at the so called crippled man who climbed into her bed night after night and laughed. Sorry, he was more than capable. "Honey, I am here to perform my husbandly duties." he would always say coquettishly when he flipped her over. Omega's Rebirth

What was worse than death itself? Well it was dying knowing that no one would miss you, knowing that your death was a favour to everyone you ever knew. This was exactly how I felt the day I died. I was the love child of the Eclipse Alpha King, in a time where the mate bond was considered sacred, a child born out of wedlock was nothing short of sacrilegious... 'It was his fault, he loved someone other than his mate...' 'It was his fault, he had carnal knowledge of a human woman.' 'It was all his fault, my only crime was being born out of his lust.' But why was that Alpha King father of mine perfectly safe, while I was hated, scorned and blamed for everything instead? Why did I have to be my father's bargaining chip, used to achieve his goals? Why could I not get a rejection like everyone else but was instead murdered by my own mate? Why was I killed before I even had a chance to live? I had a thousand questions and yet there was no one to answer and this was exactly how I died... So why then did my eyes flutter open to that day, a month before my death? Was it because of my little secret? A secret I will tell no one else but you... From the title of my tale, you must think I am an omega wolf... No, you got it wrong... I am not an Omega wolf, I am an Alpha wolf and my name is Omega. ~Second Book in the Werewolf Rebirth Series. *Not a prequel or sequel to 'The Alpha King's Nemesis', both books are not related save for the world setting and Werewolf Rebirth concept. *Cover art sourced from the internet, all credits to the original artist.*

Defy The Alpha(s)

Two centuries after the Great War, peace between humans and werewolves was finally achieved, or so everyone believes. Werewolves reign like gods, and humans remain blissfully unaware of their true place in the new world order. To maintain this fragile balance, each year, a handful of "lucky" humans are selected from various districts to attend Lunaris Academy, a prestigious institution that promises glory, status, and a chance to mingle with the elite. Those chosen are hailed as the lucky few, destined to marry powerful alphas and rise as luna. This year, Violet Purple is among the chosen, much to everyone's surprise. For an orphaned girl adopted by a disgraced prostitute, this is a golden ticket to a better life or so she's told. But Lunaris Academy isn’t the paradise it’s painted to be. Everything Violet and her fellow humans have been taught is a lie. Humans are far from equal; they're pawns in a much larger game. The academy is nothing but a gilded cage, and the students are lambs led to slaughter, playthings for the alphas to toy with in their ruthless games. To make matters worse, Violet catches the attention of the most dangerous players in this game, the Terror Four: the Alpha of the North, Alpha of the South, Alpha of the East, and Alpha of the West. Each one is more dangerous, more twisted, and more powerful than the last. But even among themselves, the alphas are divided, each with their own deadly ambitions. Yet, they all have their eyes on her. They expect Violet to play along, to fall in line like the others who worship at their feet, to break under their games. But Violet isn’t like the others. She refuses to bow. She’ll defy them all.

Hades' Cursed Luna

In a world where Lycans and werewolves are sworn enemies, Eve Valmont is a werewolf cursed by a prophecy and framed. Betrayed by her own pack and imprisoned for years, her fate takes a darker twist when she is offered to the Lycan King, Hades Stavros—a ruler feared for his ruthless conquests and deadly prowess. Bound by an ancient prophecy and haunted by the ghosts of her past, Eve is now at the mercy of the one being she should hate and fear the most—The Hand of Death himself. Hades, a king carved from blood and his own soul's decay, determined to avenge his family's slaughter and rid his people of the werewolves. He believes Eve is the key to his victory. To him, she is nothing but weapon foretold by prophecy, a tool he will wield to destroy the opposing forces threatening his pack. Yet, he finds himself craving this powerful yet broken woman. Leaving him questioning if she is truly his weapon or the one destined to unravel his carefully laid plans. *** He stalked toward me, a predator closing in on its prey, his eyes dark and unreadable. "So, you laugh?" His voice was low, dangerously soft, making the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I swallowed hard, suddenly aware of how difficult it had become to breathe. "Hades, I—" "But you only laugh at other men's jokes," he interrupted, his gaze piercing, devoid of any humor. "Not your husband's." The accusation in his tone was sharp, slicing through the air between us. A nervous chuckle escaped me. "You can't be serious... He’s your beta, for Goddess’ sake." In an instant, he closed the distance between us, so fast it left me breathless. His hands gripped my waist, pulling me flush against his body, the heat of him making my skin tingle. I gasped, but before I could say a word, his lips crashed onto mine, claiming my mouth with a force that sent shockwaves through me. The kiss was punishing, hungry—I couldn't breathe, couldn't think. When he finally pulled back, I was trembling, my chest heaving as I struggled to regain my breath. His eyes, dark and stormy, searched mine with a possessive intensity. "You can’t laugh at my jokes..." he whispered, his voice a dangerous rasp as his fingers trailed lower, sending a shiver down my spine, "but you’ll come with my fingers." I shivered, heat pooling low in my belly at his words, his touch. The world around us blurred, fading into nothing as his hand slipped lower, drawing a ragged gasp from my lips. The look in his eyes told me he knew exactly what he was doing to me, and there was no denying the primal connection between us in that moment. "I don’t need your laughter," he murmured against my skin, his breath hot on my neck. "I’ll have every other part of you instead." **** Dark fantasy romance Morally Grey ML Angst Suspense ENEMIES to lovers Smut (like sprinkles on your ice cream)
