The Girl Cried Wolf
Ash Parker is a rare scholar at elite Saint Blaise's Academy (SBA). Like her nickname, "Boots," she is tough and stubborn, and used to dealing with her problems in her own way. Unkown to everyone else at the Academy, she is also a werewolf.
An orphaned ward of the state, her status made her an outcast among her affluent peers. Now she also has to keep a terrible secret about being a shapeshifting "monster."
Hunter Guzman is a handsome boy who's popular at the Academy. As the sole heir of a rich and powerful clan, he's got everything going for him: handsome, athletic, charismatic, and popular.
He's also secretly a werewolf, descended from a strong, noble line of Lycidae.
Female werewolves are extremely rare in the modern world and Hunter thinks that he and Ash are the One True Pairing that will save the lycans from extinction.
Ash, on the other hand, doesn't want to "fall in love" just to save the species.
She just wants what every other girl (werewolf or otherwise) wants : to have a nice normal life and fall in love for real. That shouldn't be too hard, right?
If only she didn't have to fight against evil after school. Ugh, so annoying!
