Review Detail of Carrottop in Reborn as a Yamanaka Genius

Too much wish fulfillment, author couldn't have just left the character to develop on their own based on their own merit, there just HAD to be gifts that he was handed on a silver platter. The story progression is ridiculous as well. For example, a genius neurosurgeon, instead of intellectually analyzing his new capabilities and developing the Yamanaka power naturally is given a power up that lets him be as strong as he wants. No struggle, no character development, just....."here you go". Not even talking about the mind palace nonsense, or simulating something that he has no experience with. All I'm saying, the decisions and thought process that he is showing do not match up with what a regular person would make in his situation. There's suspension of disbelief, and there's....this.
