Review Detail of JPNovelFan in Villain With The Strongest System

I had a hard time understanding if this novel was meant to be serious or a comedy? It opens with potentially a really serious plot line and premise with an abrupt kidnapping of his sister, but then the system he receives is just joking with him if he fails doing the list of like 10 objectives everyday. Like, it’ll leak nude’s of him to every girl and randomly his pants will fall down in public. There’s several other goofy punishments like this but it’s completely a different tone than the rest of the novel up to that point. I don’t personally think that’s a good use of a system as a way to inject bathroom humor/“comedy” into a story where it’s like got this incredibly dark and action packed tone and plotline. It just feels so awkward and gave me the impression that, “Oh, so the author doesn’t take the rest of the story seriously then if we’re gonna have random d!ck flashing or stuff like that for cheap laughs.” Good writing quality, frequent updates, interesting premise, all ruined by bathroom style humor and a system that doesn’t seem to suit the novel. 3/5, probably really 2/5 but I’ll give it 3 to be more fair.
