I honestly wasn't expecting anything but a crackfic when I started reading, and I'm still not sure of what I'm reading, but I can say that it's enjoyable. The story has an unique development. As in the rise of a Hidden Village that is falling to pieces through the power of science and technology. The MC is apparently a scientist (there isn't any background for him aside from being a transmigrator), and the system gives him blueprints of many kinds, industrial machines included. The idea and setup is quite acceptable, and allow for the appreciation of the MC's ingenuity. That said, this story also suffers from serious problems. The MC already starts strong, and his foundation for the future is set before the story starts. It's a bit of a pity since it shows the lack of care and imagination of the original author (this is a tl), the problem with not having a proper start is obvious, while it also skips the methods the MC had to discover to use science alongside Chakra, damaging the foundation of the kingdom building that is being set up at the beginning. Basically, without showing us the process of research, every progress that is being made now kinda feels like freebies from God to the MC, and that is bad.Another problem is the characters, they have little to no depth. Aside from the MC, the most well developed character as of chapter 16 is Rasa, who is just a sore loser of a warmonger that is too prideful to be a proper Kage, so yeah.If you can get through these problems, the story is unique and quite interesting, leaving us wondering what incredible schemes the MC is going to use to get ahead. At least in this part, the author showed themselves quite capable.
