Reviewed at chapter 18 Impeccable writing quality, story development, world building. I dislike most of the characters and am not interested in the story. It feels wired to give a story that I don't like 5 stars. Especially because most of the ones that I do like only get 3 & 1/2 - 4 stars. The biggest difference probably comes from this being a professional vs those being hobbyist.

The religious beliefs of the people are really wired, I couldn't think of their leaders as more than undead fools. Blue Fingers is probably my favorite. His fear of the priests is the most believable reaction to their world for me.
slowestcook:I can understand that 😂 Vivenna in particular gets on my nerves, as I think she should. But for me, the payoff at the end is worth it. Thanks though for giving it a try!
