This is a really good novel, but this comes down to just the first "arc" which SPOILER ALERT_______ which boils down to mc na downgeon killing and eating to get stronger. But after that the story of a complete change stops being a story of a human becoming a monster and becomes a monster becoming a human is honestly depressing

This isn't a novel about Human to Monster or Monster to Human but of continual struggle and if you didn't understand that then there's no reason for you to keep reading. The struggles of a Human and those of a Monster. Expecting one without the other is expecting a psycho braindead novel about a monster and nothing else. I have no interest in writing about a Monster/Beast, which would be extremely simple. I prefer the thin line between both. Where the pros and cons from each side are apparent. It's obvious which side the first volume represents. The second volume is a question. Ugh... I digress. I hate arguing for my own work. If the work wasn't enough to convince you, then it's just not what you're looking for.
