Review Detail of N0_Hope in Dragon ball: Shattering The Omniverse

I wasn't able to even finish the first chapter to be exhausted of such a RETARD MC . If you want to see a poor quality history and for sure a mentally retard mc then this a perfect story for you future readers. Sorry author but 1 thing I cannot take is when a MC doesn't even take 1 second of consideration about the possibilities or ANY information at all ( about the conditions of reincarnation )
