The overall story its quite nice if you are into somewhat OP MCs living in a slice of life kind of style, basically our guy receives either an industry or a talent (like a media company, a tv station or mastery of singing, driving ecc. ecc.) every morning when he wakes up as a daily check in reward (hence the original title "I checked in Tokyo") and some other similar rewards for missions that trigger during his daily life when he encounters particular events. Soon he starts to accumulate more money and talents that he knows what to do with them and he just goes with the flow resolving every situation that he's involved with while getting more and more girls impressed despite mainly focusing on Ran and Sonoko for the whole time. A lot of other animes' characters are involved in the setting, like K-ON, Shokugeki No Soma, Oregairu, Amagi Brilliant Park and a few others, this was what kept me in it for the long run as I truly love this kind of setting despite the MC never being too outspoken about his riches or even showing off properly. -This next part of the review will be slightly spoilery so keep on reading at your discretion~ Unfortunately the author takes literally forever to progress his relationships mostly due to the fact that he truly describes each and every single day from the moment our MC transmigrated, in fact, the whole story is 618~ chapters long (I already red the whole thing on CN websites while google translating, done it so many times my brain automatically rearranges the sentences at this point), with around 610 of them taking just about 32 or 33 days before the author's support ran out (he personally admitted in a few chapters' notes that he only writes a book for as long as donations keep on coming and he just ends it and moves to the next one once the money is gone, he's currently writing his 10th book right now) and he just finished the whole thing in less than 10 chapters writing a few sections dedicated to each girl he was "flirting" with (I counted over 40 girls in the epilogue even though most of them barely had a few lines dedicated while most were just lumped together as whole units based on their common interest) to show how it would end up 2/3 years later from the infamous month or so that he wrote in such great detail to the point of becoming annoying as you never truly see much progress with any of the girls outside of Ran and Sonoko. Overall a more than decent read to pass the time dampened by the extremely slow progression (imagine having 20chapters/day of narration ratio without ever skipping a day and you'll get what I mean), I'd recommend reading this version while using google translate as the Spanish translator is doing a great job bringing it to a more accessible format and it definitely makes the whole experience far smoother especially since getting the names right from the CN version its truly hard work and without those the whole thing falls apart.
