Review Detail of AloofPanda in Reborn in the Narutoverse

Honestly, I loved the start of the novel, the plotline really intrigued me and I thought it had a lot of potential. But soon to my disappointment the whole plot just starts to fall apart. In his past life, he saves some people which results in his death but somehow leads to the whole world becoming more peaceful. He then reincarnates into narutoverse with an op system as he gains op techniques like they're apples he's picking off a random tree he found. he looks to know almost everything about the plot, even small details, but suddenly forgets one of the most abilities of the Sharingan and doesn't utilize the abilities of his Tengan. He's also giving out rare rewards from quest and op techniques like he giving out pieces of candies to almost everyone he meets,
