The movies made his character soooo much better, but he was far more short sighted. And I blame the studios for that. All these great villains in MCU and they dropped the ball with him.
In response, I gave a derisive snort. "As if you can fight the inevitable." Then I brought both hands together wreathed in flames and shoved them right into Killmongers chest. He never screamed, but the struggle was fierce as he tried all manner of things to escape my clutches. I refused his escape as I lifted him over my head and viscously ripped his soul from its mortal confines. With a flick of the wrist I placed his soul into a jar, which I enchanted to be unbreakable, then threw it into the portal that was opening.

Standing up, I took a hard step forward and loomed over Klaue. "Oh I know who you are, Ulysses Klaue, but see I-I calls you Klaw. I heard about what you stole a while back. So, you can go ahead and bring them troops on up here. It don't make me no difference." I stepped forward again and bumped his chest with my own, crazy eyes on full display as my dreads started to snake up and wave around in the air. "Now, I tell you what…I want it and I'm gonna have it." My grin unnerved him even more as my eyes glowed and the canines in my mouth elongated. "Now we can do this the easy way, or we can do it the hard way; the choice is yours."

Dodging a blast, I skidded along the floor of the training room on my knees while twisting around to face where the blast came from in a smooth motion. My left hand came up to protect my chest with a shield right out of my imagination. My hand tightened around the handle as a staggering force slammed into my recreation of Link's shield from the Legend of Zelda. The triforce that I had emblazoned on the other side of the shield flared to life.
