The emotion part, I think it's just because Nozmi is cute and the way she acts is endearing too. As for the parent part, I believe it's because Nukumizu and Yanami are LN characters and most of the time such characters have kind and responsible personality (even though Yanami is airheaded sometimes). Also from their perspectives they just feel a responsibility to care for her as their supposed parents from future, they have not brought out the talks for how they will go about this in the future or acting on the fact that they are married on the future, they're silently dragging the matter because it's awkward and well as you said they're teenger. Also they have plenty of time in their life to think about the rest. ​At the end of the day, not every story is perfect. Sometimes the beauty lies right in those imperfections. After all, humans are imperfect, so it makes sense that our creations are too. I won't say this is that type of fic but nonetheless it is what it is. Ahem, am just yapping.
