In DxD with the Lancer Template

I am sick of it. Every time someone writes a story in the DxD universe, it's the same old garbage: building massive harems, reincarnating as that perverted idiot Issei, or becoming a lapdog for some devil. But if you strip away all that trashy fan-service, the actual lore of this universe—with its Biblical wars and clashing pantheons—is incredibly fascinating. So, let's change the script. There will be no harem here. There will be no hormonal, brain-dead protagonist. Instead, I transmigrated with the template of the ultimate badass from the Fate universe: the Lancer, Cú Chulainn, the Hound of Ulster. Expect the harsh brutality of Biblical wars, the blood-soaked legends of Irish mythology, and a protagonist who solves problems by driving his cursed spear through the hearts of mythological beasts, arrogant devils, and so-called gods. And romance? Forget the cliché high school girls. In honor of all the badass mentors who are always unfairly "friend-zoned" in anime... there is only one woman for me. The immortal Queen of the Land of Shadows, Scáthach. This isn't a high school comedy. This is a myth forged in blood.

This story began long before... Ahem, no, let's leave those boring, long-winded introductions for more serious literature. This is a High School DxD fanfiction. You know, that world of devils, high schools, a lethally stupid high schooler as the main character, and of course—gorgeous female characters. Actually, if you're going to find anything in this work, it's exactly those top-tier girls. Because we are throwing out the stupid high school, the brain-dead protagonist, and the flawed devils! In their place, we have a proper magical academy, an actually competent and rational Main Character who happens to be the Heir to the Governor-General of the Fallen Angels (Azazel), and oh... he comes with an overpowered Red Dragon Emperor's Gauntlet (Boosted Gear) included. What more could a slightly-unorthodox transmigrator possibly need for a comfortable life?
