Hey author, honestly I don’t like being like this since everyone has their own preferences when it comes to novels, but I just want to say what I’ve been thinking for a long time. For the fighting, world building, and all that stuff, I don’t really have much to complain about, they’re good. It’s just the romance that I really don’t get. It started off great with Zoey and Atticus, I enjoyed their interactions at the academy, but then out of nowhere Zoey suddenly gets this whole issue about rejecting him because she couldn’t handle envying Atticus’ OPness. That dragged on for so long just because you kept pushing the romance aside and letting the problem sit there. Then when she finally gets past it, suddenly it’s Atticus’ turn to mess things up with the whole Anorah kiss and him being a complete idiot about his feelings, which ends up breaking their relationship. And all of that while you stretched something that should’ve been resolved ages ago. Sometimes it really feels like you keep putting the romance on hold when it actually needs to be addressed first. I mean, I get it if you don’t want the romance to be the main focus, that’s totally fine. But the problem is you’re the one who created these heavy relationship issues and then kept ignoring them. Ofc Atticus won’t grow in a relationship if all he does is run away and shove anything emotional aside to “save the world”. And ofc Zoey can’t keep up with him if all she gets is being left behind over and over. I just can’t understand why you’d make it this tiring to read. And now after almost 1500 chapters of Zoey and Atticus building their relationship, you suddenly want to replace it with another woman? lol does that mean all the time I spent on them was for nothing?

It’s my first time reviewing a novel so idk how to do it, but I’ll just say what’s been on my mind. All about this book is just so damn good. Honestly, it’s been a long time since I found a story that makes me can’t stop reading chapter after chapter, lol. I won’t even talk too much about the characters, worldbuilding, or plot because everything’s just excellent, no complaints. Although sometimes the plot gets so dark that I need to take a mental break, at the end of the day I still can’t help but continue because of how good it is. What really got me though is the romance between Sophia and Axel. It’s heartbreaking but also insanely beautiful. The author really pulls you deep into their love even when it’s twisted and messed up. That whole obsession vs possessiveness thing is so refreshing to see. This is exactly the kind of fantasy romance I’ve been craving. And seriously… author, you’re a sadist and a psycho😭. I don’t even remember the last time a book stressed me out this much or if I’ve ever felt like this before. It’s basically torture after torture, disaster after disaster. You really don’t let them breathe before throwing them into another breakdown. Just please, let Axel and Sophia have their happy ending. If you actually make it a tragic one after everything they’ve been through, I swear to God I won’t forgive you, lol. They’ve suffered enough, especially Sophia. I honestly can’t remember many characters who’ve gone through that much pain and torture.

It was a decent story to be honest but really i cant hold myself to say this. Dont you dare use “noharem” tag if at the very end it was a harem, seriously im feeling like wasting my time and heart right now.
