Also, what sane author would skip the childhood arc? It's the most important part where readers connect with the MC. Here, it's like those Chinese novels: Ahh, so I'm a transmigrator, then I'll have to conquer the world. Lol.
The MC here feels like a Disney princess, or maybe the Jade Emperor from a xianxia world, or perhaps the handsome young master from those villain novels. Honestly, he's probably all of them combined. He's just not the kind of protagonist that makes me root for him. Of course, if you're the type who likes to imagine yourself as an impossibly handsome and perfect guy and self-insert into the fantasy, then this is a great book.
Clearly a well-thought-out book, but there has been no action so far, which is disappointing. The MC is overpowered from the beginning, and all of this feels more like Fairy Tail than the world of A Song of Ice and Fire. I would love a struggling MC who isn't strong from the start and characters who aren't bland. Right now, it feels like a self-insert fic where the MC is already a god and everyone praises him. There are no real stakes at all. The author is clearly talented, and the writing feels very mature. That said, I don't always like the dialogue because it can be overly formal, even for a medieval fantasy setting. What I want are good fight scenes, more seriousness, and a non-overpowered MC who has to struggle to get things his way. I dislike godlike protagonists, which is why I'm giving this four stars.

We will surely know this in future, unless the author decides to drop it, hope he doesn't.
